The TOS of the casino is sketchy so it's possible that he may not really come back to answer the questions. It looks very scammy actually when there is no proper introduction while he also asks users to deposit with free 50% more but has its own discretion when it comes to withdrawal. And then there is also KYC to ask if something comes up.

You'd be in trouble with nowhere to go when this casino has your funds while they accuse you of something that you didn't do.
