The only thing that i know (for sure) is that you post at the wrong section of the forum.
You can also try to contact them here about your issue.

Although i didn't face any problem with my deposits on Kraken, i wish you the best.

Hello everyone,

I made a SEPA transfer of 27/06 from my bank account to Kraken by specifying the reference number so no problem on this side. I contacted the support for a few days and we are already more than ten messages exchanged. They say they do not find the transfer in their bank, so I sent them a screen of my account online with the transfer.
Did it happen to someone yet ? Do you know if I will see my money again?
