Thank you. Its even more ironic that they expect the government to help out when the invested using a currency not backed by the government in an insanely risky investment environment. Really makes you wonder what these people think about BTC. Do they think the government should back it?

If BTC was now worth $1 would they still want the BTC back or the USD refund the MSD is forcing Ken to offer?
You bet they would want the refund, they only want whats best for their bottom line.

You can't have non regulation and regulation at the same time, thats not how it works. Any company has a risk at failing. I just wish we would give Ken even with his shortcoming a chance to succeed or completely fail. He has made many many many mistakes but in the end this MSD investigation makes it more difficult for his to potentially succeed. A 1 year investment is very short in terms of real world investments.

Startups fail all the time due to incompetent management and those shareholders take the loss. Its a risk and when investing you accept that risk.

IF IF IF. This is not an IF issue. IF ken had a working chip by now the company wouldn't be in this position. IF ken didn't screw things over numerous times the company wouldn't be in this position. And the list can go on. But the IFs didn't happened so why speculate? Let's just deal with what we have and stop assuming things.

Give ken a change to succeed? Now? He had more than 1 year to work things out, but all he did was buy overpriced third-party miners. That's it! He didn't accomplished anything else. He wasn't even able to fix the damn website, not to mention that he was afraid of working with Bitpay and he managed to lose over 400BTC to MtGOX. The man is simply incompetent and it was clear from the start. Now that we know about his past failed companies it's obvious that he can't manage anything. WHY do you have such blind faith in ken? WHY?

That is just looking at one aspect of it. There are so many moving variables, both in and out of Ken's control that it is imposible to calculate some meaningful outcome We have a pretty good mining farm going, and were selling product.  Thats progress imo, and this news will just hinder that growth too.  I just don't want any what if's in the future.  The State helps clear any what ifs. Lol, but that's not how I wanted clarity.

I wouldn't call 100TH/s a pretty good mining farm considering that this company raised ~20k BTC. There are private farms that are mining with ~100TH without an IPO. So nothing special there. As for selling products I'm afraid that you aren't selling any products. Do you know how many boards have been sold in total? How many are selling per week? You don't because ken isn't sharing anything (under NDA!) so you are just assuming things.

We finally have a mining farm and shares are tradable again. Thats more progress made  in the last couple months  than in the entire history of the company. Its not amazing progress but progress nonetheless.

By this logic it would mean that if you will see a financial report in 1 year it means that things are moving. Maybe in 5 years you will have your own chip which was the reason this company started...

YOU WON'T GET YOUR DIVIDENDS BACK BY DELETING MY POSTS YOU IDIOTS

Unfortunately there's absolutely nothing in the works other than HashFast for Ken at this moment regardless of what he may lead you to believe.

  • He failed with eASIC and then cancelled it
  • He sat for MONTHS with no plan still saying that we were working on our own chip
  • He "found" People's ASIC (read I told People's ASIC about a company that may be interested in buying their IP)
  • He cancelled funding that chip and the 28nm design based on their 55nm IP, AGAIN saying that we were still working on it.
  • He then struck a deal with one of the worst ASIC companies that have existed in regards to customers and litigation (HashFast) to buy their chips.
  • They provided him with THEIR fab to make all of the boards, Ken couldn't mess this up even if he tried.
  • I then connected him with the key players that are pushing for HashFast's bankruptcy so that he could make boards for all of them.
  • Then the MSD comes in and with what's being said, this company will have no funds to produce anywhere near the boards it would need to if any at all.

Was fun watching this though. Game over.

I did warn you in winter about this, but you wanted to go in person to see it for yourself and even then you weren't convinced that this will fail. No idea why the blind faith...

Are you sure that he actually failed the eASIC deal? There was no proof other than a signed NDA.

As for the other points there were many people that pointed them out long time ago and people still had faith in this. I still believe that the actual work for the custom chips never started. There were only paper plans.

I'm sure that you learned your lesson from this.

^You were so optimistic after your visit...

I believe his visit came between the eAsic cancellation and Ken sitting on his rump for months

Nah, Ken's been lying about all kinds of things at this point, remember?  The boards for eAsic chips that had to be redesigned, engineering companies failing and being abandoned, the revolutionary IntelliHash(TM) that mines while you mine, the software in the ASICs being updated (no, I didn't misspeak, totally SIC)--huge list that Bar chose to ignore, telling you he "got a good feeling" from the Slaughter clan.

I said it in the past and I will say it again. IntelliHash was the biggest "FU" in the face for all shareholders. It simply didn't make any sense, but people still believed it. I'm amazed by the blind-fulness of the people that invested money in this.

P.S. Note for the tard that will delete my post: I will repost it on my own thread about ken deleting posts and maybe I will just post it again and again here just because I can do it and because MSD needs to see how legitimate people were censored in order for this scam to work.

As expected...I wonder how does zumzero feels now...

I have been an early and loyal supporter of your project and deserve better treatment.
Lorenzo Money

I don't think ken cares about his supporters. Me and many others tried to warn you about ken's moves, but you and other shareholders had blind faith in him. I have absolutely no idea why, but you definitely learned a lesson. A costly lesson!

I see that ken is a lot more active now after he is in trouble than he was before when you people were supporting him while he was ignoring all decent requests about the company. He had money flowing in and he just didn't care. This company was meant to crash. It was just a matter of time.

Great, not very formal coming from a news article. Might be cheaper to sue if your correct!

Good thing you have your Jupiters because this imploded as expected and as predicted.

Ken,

Can you give some information about the future prospects of the business so investors can decide to keep their shares or have them reimbursed.

Assuming all investors shares are reimbursed for those who choose so, what then for the rest of the company?

What are your plans?

What are the prospects?

After all this mess why do you still plan to work with ken?

Ken,

-Will the company continue?

-Why is the company in a good position?

Yes, this is just a bump in the road.

Don't worry people the custom chip will be out in a few weeks and this company will go to da moon!

Ken doesn't delete any posts.  Fact.  I do.  The current ActM thread was created so that Ken didn't need to delete posts so that he could focus on the business instead.  That was one of the motivating factors for me starting it off in the first place.  I saw it as a way of protecting my investment.  Me and the other five mods (the ones I am aware of) who have access to the ActM Thread account are constantly deleting posts which are unacceptable.  It's a fine line maintaining a thread which excludes trolls and yet allows people to vent their frustrations which has limited support from the global moderators.

In reality what we find is long standing and respected shareholders becoming frustrated with issues relating to the business occasionally start to troll themselves, spurred on by those intent on ActM's destruction.  They get a few posts deleted, take it personally and assume that I am the only person who hits delete.

It's important to realise that the current thread came into existence as it was the path of least resistance when you consider the effect of the concerted effort by the ActM enemies to undermine Ken's business who are more than happy to be labelled trolls.  An excuse to legitimise their behaviour but we all know better.

The moderating of the ActM Thread is absolutely heavy handed due to the loss of tolerance as a result of 12 months of personal attacks (including death threats) against the CEO, greedy and manipulating FUD, relentless trolling, viscous personal attacks on people's character and downright badness.

If any of you think what we had before was better then I openly encourage you to do what I did and start a new thread and perhaps we could go back to the days of crumbs and his many memes rather than the so called 'censored' thread we have today.

It's easy to criticise people, but ask yourselves this; driven by the same motives how would you have done things better?  Or, why haven't you done things better?  I suppose some of us are doers and others are not.

Thank you for clearing that up. For me it's still the same. Doesn't really matter who deletes the posts you or ken. It's the same shit! If ken is allowing then it's like he did it. That is your thread and you are free to do whatever you wish. This is MY thread and I'm free to do whatever I want.

I don't understand how deleting some forum posts will make stuff go away. The threats will still be there even if you delete the messages. Pissed and scammed people don't just vanish when you delete posts.

Roadstress is a competitor and supports Asic Mining.  He has a long history of trying to undermine the ActM threads and is motivated by his own greed.

I am not a competitor, nor I was back in July 2013 when I started this thread. ActM is such a joke company that only makes me laugh when looking at their efforts to become a worthy mining company.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR BTC INVESTMENT BACK FOR INVESTING IN THIS RETARD COMPANY! N-E-V-E-R! PERIOD. You can delete endless posts and you can say anything, but it won't make this company successful. People are starting to realize just now the whole mess this company is no matter how much will you moderate.

The company had 0 plans/projects of having any chip and please don't give me the eASIC NDA bullshit again because except for the NDA nobody ever saw any other tangible proof.

It has 0 plans/projects of an ongoing chip and it will never have it's own chip. YOU invested for having your own chip, not to mine with third party crap miners. If YOU don't know what was the original plan of this company it's not my fault. ken was deleting legitimate questions back last year and you are deleting legitimate statements this year. Same shit.

Please share with us how much have you invested in this company and how much you got paid back by dividends.

P.S. I have updated the subject of this thread to better reflect the reality. Enjoy your dust/non-existing dividends.

It's over guys.

It's just not Ken's cup of tea anymore. Let's just admit we put money on the wrong/dead horse and move on .Ken tried what he could but his incompetence , lies ,deceit and lack of respect for shareholder's money will not and should not go unpunished. Many lawsuits will be awaiting him soon.

I have been following this thread for over a year and it has been nothing but agony .Not a single good  sign or news or intent came out only excuses and incompetence .Sure we are hashing at 100th/s now  but even a 12 year old kid could have done that by hiring outside help with the amount of bitcoins given to him.

Ken just does not know how to run a business or to delegate. He should have realized how his actions effect other people's lives. He just mercilessly kslaughtered us.I sympathize with everyone who lost money.

The good thing is there is still plenty of money to be made in other avenues of crypto world. We are still in very initial stages of this boom so take this awful experience as hard earned lesson and use it to make better decisions and smarter future investments .

best of luck to all especially Ken.

Goodbye.

I have been saying that this is a dead horse right from the start. Nobody understood why. After all the deleted posts and after the original thread being locked I'm happy that people start realizing what a mess this company is.

Even if this will be deleted too I am watching wreck while smiling. It only took one year to have some good evidence that I was right but I win!

Road Stress is only posting here to promote his own business.  How sad and transparent.

I will stop asking questions about the future of this company.

It's not my business and i'm not promoting. I know that the shareholders don't have any money left so don't worry. I was asking questions long before organizing a group buy for a decent company that actually answers questions.

Where are the refunds you stated would start last week? REFUNDS REFUNDS  REFUNDS REFUNDS REFUNDS REFUNDS REFUNDS REFUNDS

Without refunds there is no legitimacy Ken what a joke!!!  If you tell us all next week again and again what are we supposed to do.  Give people there damn money back the farm is up and generating enough cash to send out all refunds what is the delay this time?

Is this the second company after KnC not giving refunds while they are mining and stashing Bitcoins? Is there a BIG rally approaching or what's going on?

Weekly Update 2/19/2014

We have started with a new vendor for our 28nm project.  Our custom 28nm will be very competitive in the market place and will be air cooled and use a double slot.  The estimate speed of the new card will be 432 GH/s and will be listed at $1499.00.

Management is preparing for the MSD investigation, management believes that the MSD will clear VMC of any wrong acts in Missouri as VMC has NOT offered ActiveMining shares.  Management believes that the company can be successful in the long run.  The management team is committed to seeing this through.

did we lose the eASIC "MILLION DOLLAR" NRE?

We are expecting to recover most of the eASIC NRE.

This is pure comedy and history. So after CT announces their PCIe Card ($1599-400GH/s) ken comes with this? This is too funny. Bring it on!

It seems that ken is busy doing anything except build his chips and list his shares. Now he is deleting posts from his locked thread. Great CEO or whatever he is.

...
Right. And how smart is it to inform the authorities now? You wrote to demand back all the invested money. That wont happen like you wrote already now. So whats the best move?

Again... it isnt to kill VMC now because most of the money is gone and invested already. It is not selling all shares becaus there arent enough buyers. So the only sane solution would be to hope that Ken will at least earn back most of the coins.
So all your suggested legal attack at this point is not the best solution from an investors view. Might be it will solve your revenge wishes but your wallet wont be happy... if youre an investor at all.

Though i think i wrote that often enough already...

Sebastian, the problem with your logic is it breeds thieves and scammers.
If your reasoning is sound, the only thing I'd have to do after stealing money from you is give you a hope of seeing some of it back.

People do not report murderers in hopes of raising the dead.  They do it to see murderers hang, to reminding budding murderers that crimes have unpleasant consequences.

Right... you only want revenge. You gave up hope already and youre convinced its a scam. Fine then sue. But most of the shareholders i know think this isnt a scam since eAsic is involved for sure. Only Ken screwed things a lot. That means we wont make riches anymore.

If this would be a scam you think it would matter if you sue him now or in 3 months? Explain why that would be. If i would be a scammer i would be gone with the bitcoins shortly after collecting them. I would have waited until i washed them and i would have made sure you cant catch me. So your sueing would be pointless. So when you sue him now you take advantage of the point that Ken is a real person and he most probably tried a real thing. Sorry... your behaviour doesnt make sense. I think youre so furious that you cant think calmly and beat around you in the hope things get better. Though that never helps.
I really would appreciate if people would be a little bit more levelheaded. You cant sue in months the same way like now. Ken wont run away... and when he really wanted to scam you can be sure that he already would be gone when you check this and try to sue him. Sorry... your argument makes no sense.

Sebastian i thought shareholders can sue their company's CEO for being simply incompetent and acting in such a way that he just can't make the company successful. This is not a scam, but there is no proof that ken can make this venture succeed. It's like giving your money to a CEO lawyer for plumbing company. After a couple of fails from the lawyer i think you may want to change him to a plumber who know how to do the job proper.

When and Where will we be able to trade shares?

Crypto-Trade and ChromaWallet (colored Coins).  As soon as we get time to finish the
verification interface; however, our core business comes first and working on Intellihash.

Quote
When is the first batch of chips/boards supposed to arrive at VMC Assembly?

Our engineers are still designing our board. We had to change our engineering firm, and
learn a few lessons about hiring an engineer firm.  We don't have a date at this time.

Quote
What do you estimate the ActM hashrate be at the end of January, February and March?

Due to our inexperience with design, we have had a few set backs; however, we have hired
the most competent RTL design team to make sure that when we spin up our chip it will work.  They are
very competent at Low-Power and getting the most speed from the chip.

Do you have any more accurate energy efficiency figures yet? w/GH?

Comment From The CEO

How I see us going forward is we will get our chip and boards into production as soon as possible.  Active Mining is in one of the best positions to take advantage of the Bitcoin network.  Once we have our chips and boards in production this year we will be one of only two companies in the world which manufactures Bitcoin mining hardware and also mines.  With this combination we have unlimited availability to bitcoin mining hardware only limited by our resources.  What I see in the future is bitcoin's exchange rate for USD going to over $10,000 in the next year.  If this happens Active Mining with its own chip, our current resources which will be increasing with the exchange rate, and eASIC as our partner will put us in an excellent position to dominate our market.  Intellihash will just be an added boost should it turn out to be a game changer.

This is weird.  Asking for specifics before giving someone money are valid questions.  I don't see anything wrong with many of the questions asked by the OP that have been deleted.

This is strange.
