We have a smart-ass miner on multipool. He's only collecting tickets, but forgot that giveaway will be valid if KTK price reach 2500 sat.  Grin Huh

That would be me Smiley NVM if giveaway valid or no, its fun Smiley Also you shouldn't count sha256 that much over scrypt its to easy to get 8 tickets with sha and if you rent you will get as much as you spent on renting. Sorry for abusing it but i like things like that Smiley I will stop now

But you cannot put rented miners on NiceHash, or did I missed something ?

Depends where you rent, miningrigrentals.com works on nicehash

The Coin Control noob friendly guide is ready! If you have any suggestions/corrections etc, feel free to advise! It is created in XC official forum, but it should be available for everyone to read!

ps: forum down right now, will present shortly

PS2: BACK UP!

Awesome guide policymaker, I doubt there is a better one out there. Dev can we put a link in the OP?

SPN and NAUT are two coins that I know of that are going over to POS soon, I will be able to post a link to this thread at the right time, without it looking like a plug.

Tip on the way tomorrow policymaker, when I get back to my main computer. Good job!!  Grin

policymaker, thanks for a guide, it reads very nice and I am sure it will help a lot of people!
I have one correction. You can make payments of bigger groups of coins than just the 10KByte limit (or 67 chunks) - I just did it myself and this limitation actually doesn't work.

cheers

Move all you miner workers there fast, before price drops.

I have been having issues with my wallet. It freezes every time I start it. Then you click on it and it says not responding then after a few mins it starts to work. Has anyone else had this problem? Is the wallet version number on the OP correct? I just want to make sure I did not miss an update.

Have you used coin control? If you let your blocks split to much it can slow the wallet down! Even on my SSD's it would run slow

I have not used coin control. I know they are split up pretty small because I get a bunch of small stakes.

Defo use the coin control, that will make things a whole lot quicker Smiley

I do not agree that we should minimize giveaways to prevent dumping.
It's ridiculous and puts us in not better light.
Today someone dumped ~300k KTK. It's not comparable to any giveaway.

its not but its very very strange why would anyone want the price down and who is dumping
It's too strange for me too. Someone dumped a lot of coins in the past three days. Why is he trying to keep the price down? At least, it's good for us to earn cheap coins.

Also if you have to many addresses and to many transactions can make it run slowly
