KYC is not to cheat bounty hunters but it is in favor of hunters as spammers were automatically removed as they will not able to give KYC documents as they create fake ids in the name of real hunters and only real bounty hunters have their documents with them.

What is this deception? KYK is created exclusively for finding people who work in one project with several accounts and it is unprofitable for them.

Yes, that is for good projects and prestige. What happens if you KYC with a scam project, your information will not be secure and will be sold if they need money. How do you feel when it's not a scam?

When the beginning should want to follow the bounty or invest, we also adjust whether or not it fits with Kyc or not. true that it could be an identity on the trade. but indeed we must be selective for that

I also think it's very simple about KYC, I just think that KYC for bounty hunters is aimed at not having spamming and multiple accounts while some people think KYC is a very difficult and very scary thing
Your thoughts are really simple but it is also quite accurate, some projects want to restrict bounty hunters using multiple accounts to cheat, and some projects want to use this to cheat the bounty hunter. KYC is very good and beneficial to the project because for bounty hunters, KYC is a very hard wall to get through, although some bounty hunters can overcome but KYC also limits the hunter's ability to make money, the next benefit is when KYC is required, projects have the power to control and remove the objects they suspect are fraud, many hunters did not receive rewards when they faced KYC

Yes, it's very unfair. They are not straight forward. Many of them deceive people with no kyc for bounty hunters so people can work for them and they give the excuse for no verification for not paying them at the end of the ICO. Why not state it clearly at the beginning of the ICO and follow that, why change it at the end of the ICO?

I agree that the projects should at the beginning warn the bounty hunters that it is necessary to pass KYC, and not after the end of the work. In general, bounty hunters should not go through procedure KYC.

what is clear, we as bounty hunters feel cheated with projects like this, and it seems that many ICO projects have done the same thing changing the rules at the end of the campaign.
it's true they are entitled to all the rules they change, but do they have to be like this? those who have absolute power and will not pay  participants bounty if they do not pass KYC.

You're right. It is unfair when only after the completion of all the work, bounty hunters learn that they must pass KYC. In my opinion, any project that values its reputation should write these conditions before launching a bounty company.

Simply put, KYC is a deterrent for bounty hunters as well as cheating mechanism for those project that are unonown themselves raising money in a decentralized space while they reqyest for mandatory disclosure of their investors, it doesn't just add up!

I agree.... Kyc should be done before the bounty starts so if one is not verified, you won't waste your time doing the work. I did Accountingblockchain, initially they said no kyc for bounty hunters after all the hard work they came up with kyc for bounty and my account is not verified. I can't even reupload again, it pains me when I see my tokens I worked hard for and would not get.

Usually projects nowadays announce KYC before start. Some campaigns change the rules at the end explaining that they need to conduct a KYC on their bounty hunters/that is just low/.If there would be a KYC from the start, there would not be as many participants as without it.

He always writes the same things in every prize campaign. Later, the campaign rules can be changed by both the bounty manager and the ICO project team. There is no questioning about the certainty of these decisions in the forum or any other platform. Yes, I agree with you, but I don't like changing decisions. So if we feel uncomfortable with this bounty campaign from the beginning should not be attended.

Have you experienced this kind of situation? I think that it's kind of sad that some Bounty Campaigns are doing it. I once joined a campaign that needs KYC and I had no problem with it. In fact, because of this KYC, I had a confident that it will succeed and it does.

I am very willing to participate in some projects that require KYC, but only if the project has to show me the real products, such as the tokens that have already entered the exchange, or the tools already available!

To my understanding, KYC simply means "Know your customer". Investors(customers) who participate in ICO are made to go through KYC process before they are even allowed to purchase their tokens. On the other hand, Bounty hunters are just "part time workers" of the project and not customers. Even if they will be made to go through a KYC process, it should be before they start working and not after. Waiting for them to finish working for the project and refusing to pay them because they failed to pass KYC afterwards is a total cheat.

KYC does not mean to cheat the bounty participants, the main purpose of this one is to eliminate unreal accounts used by hackers and scammers. But on the other side, it has the disadvantages, because not all participants could be able to submit the required passport, not all bounty participants have their own passport, so be sure to check the rules before participating in it.

When KYC is declared befere the start of bounty, you may just ingore this bounty. In other cases, I would pass it to get my tokens, because I care about my time.

the sad part is the bounty in beggining clearly said that no KYC required but a week later before it ends you will be needing to submit a doc to get your tokens. that is a sad part for those who cant pass or dont have the appropriate documents. their effort will be gone to waste

You understand that it's not their job, and the requirements of regulatory authorities. They give you coins and that there was not their own accounts, they request data bounty hunters.
