I have a strong confident that real Madrid will win this match because whichever way we reason it they still have more quality and more experience players than Girona because irrespective of Girona good performance this season and being able to lead the Spanish La Liga table doesn't make them more stronger than Real Madrid because right from the history of football Girona has not been better in times of performance than Real Madrid, however even if we consider the last time they meet each other Real Madrid won them 3-0 at the home of Girona, so perhaps if Real Madrid should score them this much on there home how much more would they score Girona as they are coming to the home of Real Madrid, to me is actually a very sure win for Real Madrid because Girona is no match for them and also it has become obvious now that the Spanish La Liga this season may likely belong to Real Madrid because they are the best candidate for it.

Atletico Madrid was the better team in the match, but they could not score a goal. Athletic Bilbao scored the goal and were ahead 1-0. The second half has now started and it looks like Atletico won't want to let this first leg slip away. Bilbao 1 goal lead from Remiro's penalty goal has made them more intense in defence so this is likely to cause Atletico problems. But until now im still quite confident with Atletico who will continue to try their best in this match.
Their dominance in attack and possession is still very much maintained and the match is still long enough so its still possible for Atletico to make a reversal with a comeback in this match because after all I am quite sure that they dont want to lose momentum when playing at the Metropolitano.
