Predicting that Real Madrid is going win La Liga is like predicting that Bayern Munich is going to win the 1. Bundesliga. But for some good reason there are two clubs that could thwart those standard plans and bring about a surprise for all the football followers around the world. It is called a surprise because it wouldn't be normal. Hence, it's quite standard to think that Real Madrid is most likely going to win the title, but give it some time for now. I concur with you and I do because it is less likely that Girona can go at this pace until the end of the season, but Real Madrid is not an almighty team either. Some bad circumstances can cause them to lose games. Bur first of all Girona has to beat Real Sociedad.

Believe it or not, it will be almost impossible for Real Madrid not to win the league this season. The coast is so clear for them to cruise to the trophy because the treat of Girona have been put in check. A careful look at Madrid's recent performance will vividly confirm that they mean business. Calling Girona a threat for Real Madrid is quite flattering, but they are still not there yet in my opinion. Definitely, Real Madrid has realized by now that they have to take Girona seriously and they can't waste some of their games and lose points due to being naive or not fully concentrated. But in my opinion a real threat would be when a club can compete with Real Madrid on eye-level for several years in a row at least.

I do not think that financial reasons is why Barcelona is bad, I think not expecting players like Lewandowski to get bad is the main reason. They built a squad that was decent, all the players they have right now are either young talented players who worths a lot, or players who played great last season. How could they possibly know that the team would start to do bad suddenly, when all players played well last year.

The sudden decrease in players input was a shock to them and even their manager is the same. With Xavi as their manager and many of the players are people that played great last year, the expectation was to have a great season. Unfortunately that did not happen and I think that is why they didn't had any way to recover from this bad period.

The difference in points between Madrid  and Girona is  only 2. There is no doubt  hat Girona  are playing very  well this season. This  team is winning consistently. They only lost against Madrid. We will  probably see a better performance  than Girona in the  upcoming matches. Because  Girona's attacking players are in great form right now. However, if Madrid lose a match or  drop points, they will also lose top spot. Girona is  playing very well. Madrid must continue their winning streak if they want to stay at the top of the table.

The performance of the Barcelona players today was quite good compared to the previous matches. Barcelona played a defensive strategy today. Bad news for Barcelona as Vitor Roque has been sent off following a second yellow card he received so Barcelona is currently playing with a one man down hopefully they hold on to the goals they have scored and not conceed more goals.

Watching Barcelona through the first half I wasn't really convinced they are going to win this match despite been a goal ahead because I've witnessed cases they were two goals ahead and later lost with a scorelines of three two and in tonights game their performance hasn't been such that is really impressive personally .

I think Barcelona still have a lot work to do as it concerns improving because a team as alaves shouldn't be one that will cause them to break so much sweat as they are doing tonight although it's the second half and they are already ahead by a goal with a 1-2 goal line I'm still in doubts they will win because they still have enough time on their side and alaves isn't relenting with both attack and defense , they are at some point giving Barcelona good pressure already so it's very likely they could get an equalizer and the game may just end that way.

Barcelona seem to have been dominating on this there match against Deportivo Alaves, however there seem to be an improvement on Barcelona performance lately because there performance on there match again Osasuna is exactly the same performance they have on this match however they have been able to hold the match 2-1 against Deportivo Alaves, perhaps this is the right time for Barcelona to take advantage of the opportunity and play a defensive game so that Deportivo Alaves will not be able equalize the goal.

However while I was typing Barcelona have scored another goal making it 3-1 against Deportivo Alaves, so perhaps right now Barcelona is more relaxed because there is no more pressure against them, and also after scoring the third goal Deportivo Alaves seem to have lost focus so perhaps this is also the right time for Barcelona to take advantage of the opportunity and score more goals because Deportivo Alaves is on there vulnerable state.

That's what amazed me about today Valencia's game, they didn't have good statistics, instead of attacking they preferred to defend & looking for gaps to make counter attacks.

Honestly, I don't think their current position is an achievement even though they are in a better place than before. It is Ruben Baraja's job to maintain their performance this season. In the next match, Valencia will face Las Palmas, they're not a weak team at the moment and Valencia must show their consistency.
