LaLiga has been controlled by Barcelona thanks to Xavi's hard work so far after failing in the Champions League, although in terms of being mastered it does not mean that Barcelona will be calm in first place but they can remain optimistic to focus on it and also the UEL because the UCL is already in forget it for the season.
It's not a bad thing to get out of the Champions League for me Barcelona can still reach a good game in the ongoing competition, even if Xavi failed there for me it's still far from sacking him, he has goals for the project he is developing with his team.
At least Barcelona has strengthened itself as a team that is very ambitious to win the La Liga trophy this season. Xavi has done his best at the start of this season where he was able to make Barcelona dominate the standings. although the journey of this season is still quite long but we have seen the smell that Barcelona will be able to win the trophy this season. Real Madrid have not been very consistent in their last few matches where Barcelona can take advantage of the situation to win every game and can occupy the 1st place with a difference of points with Real Madrid already 2 points. xavi must do his best for barcelona because if they get the laliga trophy this season i think barcelona's finances will recover from before.

This was Xavi's last shot I think! Wink After dropping out of the champions league, the pressure would have been unbearably high on both him, but also the directors of Barcelona because of the fans. The club can't stick to a coach that is not able to compete with Real Madrid on par. Now that they can spend the Winter break in the first place a lot of the pressure was relieved. If he was like 6 points or so behind Real Madrid right now (and they also lost the clasico), this might already have been the end for him.
Now everything is good for Barcelona especially in Laliga. Xavi has given Barcelona the best even though they haven't had much luck in the Champions League. Barcelona and Xavi must evaluate the many things and weaknesses in the Champions League and fix them so they don't make the same mistakes for several ongoing competitions.

I don't think Xavi deserves to be sacked by Barcelona for losing the Champions League. Xavi needs time to restore Barcelona's glory because there are actually a lot of problems to be solved there and they can't be solved in just one season. I trust Xavi, it's the best way to keep supporting him.

Xavi has become the favorite child of Joan Reporta, he said that even though Barca were eliminated from the UCL, he still believes Xavi will be able to give one trophy to Barca this season. We can see for ourselves that Barca's hopes are still very big, they were eliminated from the UCL but have the opportunity to compete in the European league and right now they are also at the top of the La Liga standings, Xavi still has hope.
Quite agree with what you said, but on the other hand, it is also quite reasonable if Laporta is quite sure in this matter, first seeing that their performance in La Liga is still quite good and even if for the Play offs in the Europa League they will face Manchester United, in this case they are also still superior.
But I think Laporta's treatment is only temporary because if Xavi fails in this, it's clear that his chances of staying at Camp Nou will be difficult.

It is not right for them to be seen as superior in the Manchester United match.  Barcelona have a quality squad, but Manchester United's squad is not one to be taken lightly.  It will be a fierce playoff game.  Xavi or ten Hag tour can pass.  It will be a match that will have good results for the winner and bad for the eliminated.  If Barcelona, which had a very good season in the Spanish league, completes this year as champion, they will continue with Xavi.

Real Madrid will want to extend his contract with Benzema, and I think we will see Benzema in Madrid for a few more seasons. However, Benzema is now 34. It is very difficult to maintain good fitness now. Benzema has been missing several matches this season due to injury. So Madrid management should find a suitable replacement for Benzema.
Vini and Rodrygo are talented players, no doubt. But these two players cannot be relied upon. They are not experienced enough. And so with Vini and Rodrygo, Madrid now needs an experienced striker. If Madrid don't add an experienced striker this season or early next season, the fight for the title will become difficult for them.
Benzema has been extended for one season and it is a short-term contract, but he does not rule out the possibility that his contract will be extended later when both parties agree and Benzema's performance is still quite good.
Now we only have to see this season and next season Benzema is still able or not to compete in La Liga, especially for goal productivity.
As for Vini and Rodrygo they are still in good development and if they continue as they are they will probably be one of the more fearsome forwards than they are now but Rodrygo needs to hone his goalscoring instincts more from now on.

There isn't a lot of coaches available that have qualities better than Xavi and are willing to manage Barcelona imo, so giving a chance to him to complete the season will be wise even if the team was in the second or third place tho.
The situation now is less stressful thanks to being in the first place which made fans less angry about going to Europa League like that.

Villarreal are quite far away from their look in the previous season. They are already around the middle positions in the league standings now. They are in the Europa Conference League this time and they have done well so far by finishing their group as leader. They are the second biggest favourite for the title after West Ham too. But there is an important point about them on one hand.

They have lost Unai Emery to Aston Villa a very short time ago. They had a great period with him until parting their ways with him. They reached the semi final stage in the Champions League above all else. I wonder how strong they will be able to stay from now on. They have brought Quique Setién to the manager position now. He managed teams like Barcelona and Real Betis before. He has had a nice experience with average and big clubs I mean. Maybe they can start recovering in the La Liga after the World Cup break ends.
I agree villareal this season are the ghost of what they used to be in the last couple of seasons and now that unai emre is gone and doing wonders with Aston villa their flows has become public to be honest i don't think the new coach will succeed in doing what emre did but still they have some quality players so i expect their performance to get better.

I wouldn’t be so happy if I was a Barcelona supporter. Because there are only two points clear of Real Madrid. And that is not a very big lead, to be honest. Obviously, this is positive for Barcelona considering that they lost to Real Madrid.

But Barcelona cannot afford to make any mistakes if they want to stay at the top of the table. And Xavi will have to bring the La Liga title to Barcelona because otherwise there will be consequences. He knows that very well. Barcelona does have some problems with the team. They will have to work hard to overcome those problems quickly. I am not only talking about money problems.

Benzema has not been in good form this season. He also missed several matches due to injury. He managed to perform in just 7 matches in La Liga and only 4 matches in Champions League. So now Ancelotti should keep Benzema out of his match plan. Also, Benzema is now 34 years old. Don't rely too much on it. Real Madrid are still heavily dependent on Benzema. Ancelotti should find a suitable replacement for Benzema very quickly. Vinicius and Rodrygo are not experienced enough yet. Madrid now need an experienced striker. Otherwise, they will face big problems in the coming season.
Vinicius and Rodrygo still need the figure of Benzema on the front lines because these two players are not experienced enough when they have to face other strong teams, so that the figure of Benzema may be very much needed for next season, but ancelotti must also look for other stickers in the upcoming transfer market to guard when benzene is absent. if you look at benzema contract with real madrid it will expire next year and i think real madrid will offer a new contract to honor benzema for what he gave to real madrid in the previous season. several other players have also started to age so that ancelotti can make big rotations in the upcoming transfer window.

Real Madrid will want to extend his contract with Benzema, and I think we will see Benzema in Madrid for a few more seasons. However, Benzema is now 34. Even so, Xavi Hernandez still has a lot to improve in the team. With their elimination in the Champions League it is an indication that they are not too strong especially when dealing with a strong and solid team. In La Liga alone they were beaten by Real Madrid and made them record 1 defeat this season. But lucky for them when Real Madrid couldn't get full points in every game they played so they had the chance to return to the top of the table with a 2 point lead.

Xavi Hernandez's hopes are very high, especially now that they are at the top of the standings. I applaud what he has done at Barcelona which was terrible at first but he can build back and raise a good hope for the future of Barcelona. Trophies are his next goal after building this team, but if he can't get it this season then I'm very sure that it will come next season. They have to be able to see the future they will run, in Xavi's hands it is very convincing. Many say that he lacks in terms of experience, but with what he is showing now it is a hope that he can indeed manage big teams, especially Barcelona. His experience as a player and being one of the legends at Barcelona helps him know exactly what he should do for this team.

In the last 5 matches played by Villarreal the results were 3 wins and 2 losses, in my opinion that is not a bad result. Now Villareal are in 9th place in the standings, the next opponent they will face in Laliga is Valencia, but that is still quite a long time around the end of December. Villarreal early next month will have a club friendlies match against Fenerbache, Galatassary and Aston Villa. With this Setien has the opportunity to try new strategies or arrange good players in order to get maximum results in the Spanish Laliga competition.

For now am sure which of the team will win Laliga but as for the  first and second position it will be a position that Barcelona and Real Madrid will be swapping from time to time. I guess the next match Real Madrid  will play can bring them to the first position. Real Madrid and Barcelona  looks dramatic 😄, difference of 2 point.
Now at least there is excitement for the hunt for the championship position because indeed when looking at last season even though at that time Real Betis or Sevilla were there but I don't feel this is as interesting as now considering we knew at that time Madrid would definitely win.
But now it's a little different because in this case now Barcelona will obviously be different from the previous season. Even though I still feel quite confident that Madrid will be champions again this season.
We still can't confirm who will be the champion, we have only run 14 matches out of 38 matches until the end of the season, it's too early to believe that Madrid lost to Barca in the hunt for the La Liga trophy this season
the season will start again next year, if nothing changes then madrid will continue to annoy barca at the top, hopefully barca doesn't make mistakes because both (madrid and barca) have only lost 1 time

It is impossible to predict which team will be champions right now. Barcelona is at the top of the table. However, both Barcelona and Madrid have equal chances to win the title. The team will also lose their dominance in La Liga if their key players get injured in the World Cup. Moreover, it is still unknown to us how the teams will perform after the big break of the World Cup.

only two points separate Real Madrid from Barcelona, the latter certainly cannot be sure.
I notice that they have the same goals scored but a big difference in the goals conceded. Maybe Carlo Ancellotti should work on that, yesterday he was a guest in an Italian program "Che tempo che fa" I hadn't seen him for a long time.

Real Madrid is only two points away from the top of the Barcelona standings, of course this will be an important lesson for Real Madrid in catching up with Barcelona, because Real Madrid's record in several matches is not so good, in contrast to rival Barcelona, which plays consistently in every game, we can see the stats of both Clubs..

Barcelona: Won 5 times in a row.
Real Madrid : won 3, lost once, drew once.

Well, we can't deny that now Barcelona is at the top, but I don't think it will be for a long time, I remember that Real Madrid has high-level commitments in the UCL, Barcelona fell back to the Europa League, no It's bad, but I honestly think it's not the right thing for a team of such a level, although on second thought if we look at the Barcelona players, the one I really took out big is Lewa, he's a player who doesn't deserve to play there, nor does CR7, without However, sometimes a player to help a club has to dive to the bottom for their decisions, and well if they have friends like Muller, it's another thing that every minute is remembering what "could be" and didn't want to.

All this is in total synchrony with what the fans expect from their players, for now things are calming down, there is very little time left for some to go to the World Cup, now all the energies of the competitions will drop and focus on countries, it is another emotion, those who like "La Liga" the most will be able to support Spain, and we will also realize how high that level is.

There are many things that are speculated that the European teams have a low level, but I do not think so, of course they are based on the Nations League, but that does not indicate anything to me, for me it indicates what they do in the Leagues, and in everything What they will show for now, is why Barcelona will be able to leave with a slight advantage over Real Madrid, but surely in the next transfer window there will be new players in Real Madrid and they will be much stronger.

Well things have happened in clubs with a lot of stealth movement, here you can see something:

Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga has been linked with a move to Premier League new boys Nottingham Forest.

Quote
According to Futbol Total, Premier League side Nottingham Forest are keen on loaning in Eduardo Camavinga during the January transfer window. They are ready to pay a loan fee and will foot the entire salary of the talented young Real Madrid midfielder as well.

Camavinga has not been a regular starter for Carlo Ancelotti this season, and a loan move could do him a world of good. The Real Madrid midfielder needs to play more often at this stage of his career to fulfil his potential. The 20-year-old has started just seven games in the UEFA Champions League and La Liga combined

In my opinion, Xavi is terrible as a coach and even if by some miracle he gets a super team at his disposal (as happened with Guardiola who got the golden team of Spain) with which he will receive titles, this will not be proof that he is perfect. To consider a coach great, you need to see his strategy, his flexibility (and not "put together a top team and play only plan A") and of course confirmation of his status in different clubs. I think Xavi is cosmically far from it.
I can't say much about Xavi as a coach, but judging by the team's performance I think their performance has been too bad. I know they had a poor run in the Champions league which got them eliminated in the group stages of the competition but they are doing a lot better in the league. I think his strategies are also not bad as they wouldn't be sitting at the top of the La liga table if that be the case. I think he should be given more time

In La Liga, Barcelona played one game with a strong opponent and lost it (game with Real Madrid). The rest of the games were with clear outsiders, but the fact that Barcelona showed an almost 100% result is impressive (especially compared to the previous season). But I don't see any indication that this means that Barcelona have reached the level of Real Madrid - this is only a consequence of the summer purchases, they have become clearly stronger than the middle peasants, but to be a top club you also need a top coach. Let's see what Xavi will show next but for now I rate his work as unsatisfactory.

Benzema is possibly one of the best attacking players in the world today and his most recent achievements which is the Ballon D'or trophy says it all. He might not be the only goal scorer in the team and not the only player Madrid relies on to give them goals but his impact in the the team whenever he is on the pitch is outstanding, joint with the fact that he is a team player puts him at the top of the chain.
There is absolutely no doubt about Benzema's quality, but his achievements last season do not seem to have really supported his performance this season mainly due to his unfit condition. Benzema is a player who can get the team excited in a match, this is evident when Real Madrid's performance is not good and not aggressive without him. I'm happy with him, but this season hasn't been smooth for him.

Benzema will not repeat his Ballon D'or win this season as another player appears more likely to replace him. As for who is the best, I think we will find out when we enter the World Cup final and Champions League final this season.
I mean he is getting older and older. People are forgetting that aside from his amazing season, he didn't have too many amazing seasons like that, and many said that was because they had Ronaldo so they didn't need him to be like that, but he wasn't that good previous year when Ronaldo wasn't there neither, or year before.

So all in all, I am guessing that we are not going to see Benzema have such seasons all the time, it would be the only one and he is going to be good, even great, but not ballon d'or level ever again. The need for a new and younger striker is there, and that’s fine but they won't be able to get any of the big names, so they will get someone from a smaller club, like Osimhen.
