I don't think any club invest highly on players more than Madrid. Madrid are on team that are not scared of recruiting players. There is no club in world football that have had good players at the same more than Madrid.
There was a point that Madrid had Ozil, Di Maria, Benzema, Marcelo, Ramos, Casillas, Higuain and Ronaldo all in one team.
There was even a time they had Figo, Raul, Guti, Roberto Carlos, Cambiasso, Delima Ronaldo, all in one team.
Madrid have always been known to have the best players in the world in their team so its only people that don't know this that will attribute their success to luck.

Some do not even play football or watch football too, so when you see such you just have to laugh at all they say. Real Madrid do not waste time scouting average players too, they're always for the best alone. Like they've already signed one young brazilian during the start of the world cup. We will surely see him rise up to full potential when Karim Benzema does leaves Real Madrid.

After they were overtaken by Barcelona in La Liga and further away, it seems that Real Madrid have let go of the La Liga title and only focus on the other 2 matches that are still possible. Barcelona had better make the right moves while preparing for next season. This season has been good for them because of being about to win the La Liga title. However their Champions League performance wasn't convincing at all. Their performance in the group stage was a big disappointment actually. Xavi will be under more pressure there next season. Because their biggest target should be a solid success in the Champions League from now on. This depends on how good they will finish the upcoming transfer window too.

There are rumours about a Messi returnal for now but we will see. I still don't think Barcelona need him at all for being successful there. Xavi has been trying to build something new despite some similarities with the old Barcelona. He still seems willing to see Messi back but it wouldn't be much bad if FFP hinder them either.
