A draw is also a very good result for Valencia with the team they faced clearly stronger. At least they can secure 1 point to keep them outside the relegation zone, even though they only differ in goal productivity from Getafe. The only time we should see Madrid's season as a bad one is iif they fail to win both the UEFA Champions League title and he Copa Del Rey cup.

@len01 even if Real finish in third spot they’ll yet be okay till they win the champions league but if they don’t win the champions league and finish third then Carlo will be immediately sacked. Also I too didn’t see Atletico rising up to the second spot but I strongly feel that Real Madrid will find a way to reclaim that second spot by the time this season ends.

The problem for Madrid started with their being too passive in spending money on transfers considering they are very capable with the current squad but they are not paying attention that this is destroying the balance with many players who are always hit by injuries even a few times.
