Yes, the competition has become more exciting since Barcelona suffered a defeat from Real Sociedad which caused the point gap with Real Madrid to be eroded. and this is a very good opportunity for Real Madrid to get closer. Ofcourse this isn't a price cap on Barcelona as others still have got almost equal chances at this, for me I don't and wouldn't see Barcelona as the only team with the winning eligibility for the La Liga just yet as I know that in the long run, they can be overtaken except they work hard enough to keep the records straight to the point they will be able to give a very wide gap to their opposition such that we can tell that even if their opposition gets to win the rest of their games they will still be behind Barcelona then we can say Barcelona have all the chance but for now its almost equal with thw top fivee teams.

It is just dramatic how things turn out to be. From the start of the season that Real Madrid was losing matches, we already thought that Barcelona had arrived. Little did we know that the point difference between the two club coach be just 3. I do not actually understand what happened to Barcelona in their last match. They were actually not supposed to lose Real Sociedad, this is because Barcelona is considered to still be in their top form. However, this is football and it cannot be predicted with 100% accuracy.

Talking of Real Madrid overtaking Barcelona. I have never said or seen that Real Madrid has won the La Liga title because it is too early to assume this. The title is still very much open for everyone.

The thing is that you don't look down on little things and this is in the case of Barcelona because last season was terrible for them, and their is no way that we are going to be to compare the both of them now the way at which Barcelona is going they are the potential winners because who else do you have confidence in, that you think they will be able to win if not bacelona and I actually love the way they decided to pickup, and even if I love Madrid Barcelona gave them a good season at least next season they will be able to prepare better because their is no way that you won't notice that Madrid is struggling and the best team now in the premier league is not more than Barcelona.

Because if we look at the Barcelona performances in that match is very powerful, but due their inconsistency that’s why they lose to Real sociedad because there able to dominate the possessions right from the first half and later and a team like Real sociedad having one chances to defeated them by luck.

Personally I am very surprised, because 6 points advantage is a critical advantage (the remaining head-to-head match is not important). You're right. Although Barcelona is leading with 6 points gap but Real Madrid has 1 unplayed match. Since it is the match against Valencia, I'm very sure Real Madrid will win the match and get 3 points. So, actually the point gap between Real Madrid and Barcelona is 3 points only. Sure, Real Madrid still has a chance, we have a lot of remaining matches. There should be opportunities for the change on the position in La Liga standings.

True. Barcelona already got 2 losses, Real Madrid got 1 lose only. However, Real Madrid got 3 draws, this reduced some points of Real Madrid. But the race of the title is still alive, no one can claim Barcelona to win the trophy/title this season. It is not reaching the half of the season, Ancelotti has a chance to return to the 1st place. As long as Real Madrid can improve their performance, I think Real Madrid can beat Barcelona gain this season.

Regarding the mentality, I am a bit doubtful that Real Madrid players still have winning mentality. After Mbappe comes to the team, it looks like changing the mentality of the whole players.

Well psychological effect always play it role but I still don't think they will have a easy win like other games compared to that particular game at most I still think a draw or maybe a narrow escape of 1 -0(which is of low probability imo)... I don't know if you noticed a decline from th last UCL, I did said it was a bosting one because the game performance was upto top notch compared how they've been doing it before and their last game exposed them more .. I believe they should have enough time to rest this player they are somehow tired with the way their playing. Thus, With 3 point down they will want to step up their games the more

Barcelona has been on the high side this season but I didn't really know what happened for Hansi Flick this time around. Could it be that they underrated the efforts of Real Sociedad in the match. I think so and that's what caused the failure. Barcelona's currently on fire with their performance hence the reason for this failure. It's a mistake and I'm pretty sure they will correct themselves ahead of their subsequent matches. 3 points lost already.

I think this makes more sense as an excuse than saying that training is too hard because in the end the current hurricane of injuries is not only happening in the Madrid camp but several big clubs with busy schedules must feel the same way.

Honestly Militao missing is basically the icing on the cake at this point, they are really looking like they have someone in the team, maybe fitness coach, maybe someone else, I have no idea who, but they are forcing the players too much, that part is guaranteed. It is not just the overload, to be fair we are seeing too many players injured for that.

Fatigue does injure some players, and usually that happens during end of the season, and it doesn't happen to 10 players, it happens but usually to a few players. This means we are talking about something that is within the club, there must be something about the club and we are going to figure out what is the reason and why they are having something like this eventually.

The champions league is a very important competition for the Real Madrid team and they won’t want to just be eliminated easily and blame it on injury, they’ll try their best to make it to the next round and subsequent ones after that one too.

The players on the bench on Real Madrid with some other academy players will have to be putting into action now and give the team the best thing they can for the club to propel in all competitions this season even though they’re facing a set back in this season so far. I just don’t feel like them having performing poor and not winning anything this season. I know Real Madrid with their enthusiasm and also how Ancelotti will try to make things better for the team. We are in for a big surprise from them and won’t be surprised if they do.

There are news that Real Madrid are going to sign atleast 4 players and 2 players deals is already sign, I'm not sure how reliable this rumors are but they are trying to make some good moves to patch the injured players. I think that Anceloti confidence in his squad has reduced, people were more interested in players he was going to sign but he seems not to be interested in many and now he needs them now that the league is serious.

There is this pattern I have notice from clubs that win the Champions Leagues irrespective of any other trophy they won, any team that won the Champions League, they do later suffer from a lot of injured players and that's what is happening to Real Madrid. Defender is weak and the goal keeper is not serious anymore, they need Courtois to come back or get someone better than Lunin otherwise they will not go far in this season that Barcelona didn't come to play.
