Villareal are a tough team and they really have a very good defensive line. It will be a tough task for Madrid to break in find goals against Villareal defense. Madrid are having lot of problems and they need to defend their net properly. They also need a strong midfield hold and their attacking line needs to score goals again. They have been averaging 1 goal per game in last 5 matches which is a sign of concern for Ancelotti.

Madrid however will be looking to perform better and take revenge but it's a tough fixture and its anybody's game. I will go with Madrid in this one.

Bringing top players back from the transfer market is a good idea. However, I would rather expect a change in strategy in Real Madrid's playing pattern. Real Madrid weren't playing badly in the first half? If you mean the ball possession percentages then yes there was a balance. However Real Madrid were able to have only one goal attempt in the whole half while Barcelona had so many. Therefore we can easily say that they weren't good in that half at all.

By the way, Real Madrid have a tough game waiting for them this week. Athletic Bilbao might not be an easy target for them to beat in an away game. Athletic Bilbao's odd is slightly going down in time currently. Bookmakers must also be expecting for a big challenge here.
