Why and how will the fight between Barcelona and Real Madrid be tight when already you have said that Barcelona made horrendous signings in last year's transfer market?
Even with the fact that its first choice of defense line is not too good because of age profile, Barcelona still lacks a Natural substitute in its defense and attack. with these, I will say that the current Barcelona squad I see is not fit to be a hindrance to Real Madrid in La Liga.

Have excited and super big match at matchday 16 between Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona held on January 9, I think most interested match looking on how consistency from Barcelona performance against bigger team. Current match, Barcelona failed get three points after held draw by Espanyol and missing points against Atletico Madrid have bad impact with their current position standing on the top if other match Real Madrid defeat Villareal.

Current standing position between Barcelona and Real Madrid have the same points and I don't think Barcelona won't loss their opportunity keep in tittle race for 1st standing position with Real Madrid,

• Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona

The El clasico is such an interesting encounter between two of the top La liga teams in Barcelona and Real Madrid, the last El clasico was won by Real Madrid which they were able to beat Barcelona in a dominating and humiliating way. I'm pretty sure Barcelona will be really hurt by that game and hope to retaliate in the next meeting. My prediction is Real Madrid to win, Atletico Madrid have not been putting a lot effort to maintain consistency and I doubt they can compete with Real Madrid in the league this season.
