I won't say that Xavi's presence as Barcelona's manager hasn't changed anything or done much for the team. He still needs to level up and raise the team's standard of play. One of Barcelona's current issues is the defense, which if not handled properly, will see the league title slip through his fingers. I believe Barcelona can do more; they have the funds to bring in new players or exchange them for current ones; I just hope the right decision is made before it's too late.

Barcelona management has spent a lot of money since Xavi took charge of the Barcelona team. The party is somewhat stable but still cannot be called strong. Real Madrid still have more chances to win the title. Xavi must stabilize his team. And for that he should pick the required players for the squad. Barcelona defense is weak now. Xavi should spend money to strengthen his defense. I don't see Barcelona winning the title if the defense is not strong.

Even though the club's financial condition is not healthy, Barcelona has brought in several reliable players this season. A number of players who have joined the Blaugrana are experienced players and so far they have been able to make a big contribution to the team. It's just that this team needs time to unify the vision and mission carried by Xavi.

Since barcelona will be facing atletico madrid and then barcelona needs to prepare everything but i can't deny that atletico madrid was also performing so during last three matches. i meant look at how atletico madrid were not able winning in the last three matches and it was facing two loses and 1 draw. i think that atletico madrid was in a bad position right now and barcelona can take the advantage from atletico madrid caused by it may have bad performance during the match against barcelona. Moreover lewandowski will be coming with full strength after world cup gave him long holiday. I hope that barcelona can secure the full points against atletico madrid.

Barcelona are a very good team,and if you see their starting eleven,you will see that they are capable of winning every thing, especially when they added players like Lewandowski who was a prolific goal scorer at Dortmund,he is now at Barca,and he has been doing incredibly well at the camp nou.The issue of substitute may affect them a little bit because they don't really have second line ups who can come in to replace them when fatigue hits their first team players.
I think this transfer window will be the perfect time for them to sign players in the transfer window to give them squad depth.
If new players can come into the club now,then there is every tendency that Barcelona will either lift the Lalliga trophy or Europa league.

You're right, we already know that this team doesn't need to add any more players, there are already reliable strikers and defenders which can make it difficult for the opposing team to attack and defend. Previously Xavi bought many good players for Barcelona to get the Champions League trophy, whose finances were bad because the club needed big sponsors and investors, this team needed was a great tactical strategy and fund.

Once Barcelona gets that close union and Chemistry, best believe they're dominating the La Liga and I kinda feel like Lewandoski would win the Ballon d'or one of these years ahead, I believe.

One thing I have to say is that even though we think Barcelona does not have good chemistry between the players, they still have a good midfield. So the support shouldn’t have been so bad.

The only problem is that the midfield players are very young in Barcelona and the attacking side of Barcelona is quite old. And Robert Lewandowski is very old at this point.

So often times we can say that the midfield players are trying to be heroes by themselves instead of trying to feed the ball to Robert Lewandowski. But once this and happening and the chemistry between the players build up, well, I think we will be able to see a better performance From both Barcelona and Robert Lewandowski. It’s not like Robert Lewandowski is not performing well. But I think with good chemistry between his teammates, he will be more devastating.

His game as a Barcelona player isn't that much different from his game as a Bayern Munich player, as I believe in both teams he is the main man in the attack and the focus of the attack for the team. The most surprising thing about the player is that, even at the age of 34, he has been playing like a 23 year old player which is phenomenal at this stage of his career.

Furthermore, I would like to point out that his physique has been improving season after season and he seems to be fitter than he has ever been.
In my opinion, he will be able to play at least two more seasons at the top of his game.

The statistics you provide seem clear enough that Xavi is able to make Barcelona a stronger team, not only in Laliga but Barcelona can be even stronger in the champions league, but all of that requires a process which will not happen in one season. Xavi career will be good at Barcelona if he is able to present a trophy this season because the demands of fans are champions and champions, they don't know that all successful achievements will take a long time. barcelona has two opportunities to win trophy this season in the Europa League and Laliga. Laporta is very happy if Xavi is able to present the Laliga Trophy this season.

I think what @ginsan is trying to say is that recently a lot of coaches have not been able to do well with Barcelona. Barcelona actually struggled a lot to find a suitable coach who will be able to bring in good results for themselves. But Barcelona was not able to find anyone worthy.
