Previously, I doubted that Barcelona could perform very impressively and consistently this season remember their problems that are currently not over related to finances, but what I doubt previously is inversely proportional to what we see today, Barcelona has become a good team and is even able to beat strong teams such as Munich and Madrid this season, Hansi flick is able to build a squad well and even with minimal finances he has made Barcelona the current as the favorite team to win La Liga, the ability to control the game and take advantage of opportunities effectively and supported by an impressive game that relies on possession of the ball certainly makes them as very productive team in La Liga today.

I was expecting the quick change maybe not hundred percent because they Barcelona didn't have the funds to get quality players, but how beautiful to see how he had transformed this young players. Xavi Hernandez focused on ball possession like you said but Hansi Flick hasn't dumped keeping possession but added his own to the traditional tiki taka style of play. They're a more direct Barcelona with Flick he didn't break the tiki taka style but made sure they progressed forward with the ball. I hope to see them get a DM and CB.

Flick is indeed the best decision for Barcelona and they made the right choice, because he has added his own tactics to Barcelona game style and it is really working for them and makes winning matches very easy. His first season with the club is turning out to be great and very productive. He has worked on the team helping to bring out the best in the players and increased their attacking force. this is what champions do. Every game matters regardless of the opposition you're up against and by consistently winning against all or at least the majority of the opposition you're playing against, you accumulate far more point that your supposed rivals who might be all interested in the big games and neglect the less serious games.

9 points ahead of Madrid who even if they are able to win against the postponed away game against Valencia will still be 6 points below Barca is just what you expect from a team as Barca that don't play like a team that's entitled but gives in Thier collective effort into every game and ceases all opportunity to get good results from the games.
