one of Xavi's efforts to make his squad the best is to bring in several players and also release players who are not included in Xavi's plans.
may be too hasty, but Barca will not be able to manage their finances properly if they only make purchases without reducing spending on players.
an extraordinary challenge for Xavi to make Barca a champion this season. with all the efforts and limitations, Barça's game developed very well. everyone could see Xavi's abilities.

I won't say that Xavi's presence as Barcelona's manager hasn't changed anything or done much for the team. He still needs to level up and raise the team's standard of play. One of Barcelona's current issues is the defense, which if not handled properly, will see the league title slip through his fingers. I believe Barcelona can do more; they have the funds to bring in new players or exchange them for current ones; I just hope the right decision is made before it's too late.
Barcelona is a team everyone loves to watch due to the fancy tiki taka style of football they play and it has been some time now that the team has been struggling and with the xavi coming to the team, his presence at the team has first showed a very big difference in the team. Barcelona has not been all that good when it comes to scoring of goals but with few introduction of new players to the team like the prolific striker Robert lewandoski, the team has been scoring some goals but additional changes need to be done in their defence line and their midfield and xavi needs to sign more players from the transfer window to strengthen their team and look forward to challenging Real Madrid for the league title.

Barcelona doesn't have much fun bringing in new players. I would buy the idea if you say to exchange them. But right now there aren't many players to exçhage because already the team is still competing in different leagues. Though there isn't much problem with any arm of the team than the defense. I think the team might move to another height if the management can bring in a vibrant central defender to cover up for Sergio Bosquet and a young defensive midfielder to cover up for Jordi Alba who is already 33 years old. Infact, the whole members of Barcelona's defense are 30 years and above which is quite unhealthy for the team.

There are many rumors that always link Barcelona with several newcomers, despite the fact that Barcelona is experiencing serious financial problems. however, that did not stop Xavi from hunting for players in the upcoming January transfer window. we do not know which players will be included in Barcelona's sale list and which players are the target to be brought to Camp Nou. however, if Xavi insists on bringing in newcomers. like it or not, Barcelona had to sell some of its players. and the one with the most high transfer value is De Jong. or maybe Barcelona will also include Ferran Torres, on their selling list in January.

For the defense line, actually Barcelona already has it, it's just that they need more high discipline. after all, Barcelona can maximize the potential of their young players. maybe we agree with Sergio Busquet, it looks like Xavi has to replace him even though Barcelona actually has several options. one more thing, Xavi must maximize his strategy. specifically increasing the potential of their wingers, Raphinha has not contributed much.
I hope, in the second half of this season he has strong chemistry and bonding. overall, there is a lot that Xavi has to fix especially since he is targeting two trophies at once this season.

Previously, what problem did Lewandowski have that caused him to be suspended for 3 matches? I haven't heard any news about him today. The away match against Atletico Madrid will certainly be a crucial match considering that Barcelona must win this match if Real Madrid does not want to shift its position at the top of the standings.
Lewandowski has been suspended for 3 matches for insulting or disrespecting the referee. This he got when Barcelona visited Osasuna headquarters in their 14th week. The Spanish football federation considered the actions taken by the Polish national player to be excessive and disrespectful to the referee who led the match, so this suspension was given to him. Lewandowski himself denied that his actions were directed at the referee, but still the appeal that was made did not result in the decision to sanction him being revoked.
Lewandowski will have a huge impact on the team as he misses three of Barcelona's matches. Because he is the only Barcelona team's best striker whose finishing is extraordinary. He scored some great goals after joining the Barcelona team and helped Barcelona to victory. It remains to be seen how the coach of the Barcelona team will fill Lewandowski's place in these three matches.

The age of the Barcelona players will not affect the team's appearance, just look at how Lewandowski, who is already 34 years old, and Sergio Bosquet can still be relied on as a defensive midfielder. While Jordi Alba is still capable of running in the left-back area, Barcelona also doesn't need to worry about the left-back position because it already has a talented young player (Balde). Meanwhile in the center back position, Kounde is still Xavi mainstay, since Araujo suffered an injury Xavi has had to rotate Kounde partner in guarding Barcelona's defense.

The material for Barcelona players is still able to play at the highest level. The combination of players over 30 years old with young players has provided variety in the Barcelona squad. Your worries about Barcelona's defense are too much, Barcelona are still able to build a good defense even though Xavi has not been able to play Araujo.

It looks like Barcelona's appeal of a three-game suspension for Lewandowski has been finally dismissed. He will have to miss all three games, including the away game against Atlético. If Atlético doesn't fail again or something extraordinary happens, I think that Barcelona will score a maximum of one point in this game. If Real don't lose points, then we will again see equality in the first two places in the standings.

That's because he insulted the referee, he showed a bad gesture in the match against Osasuna Lewandowski got a red card, made him suspended not play against Espanyol, Atletico Madrid and Real Betis. Lewandowski absence maybe it won't have a big impact because Barcelona still have Ansu Fati Raphinha Dembele, although lewandowski has been a goal machine so far for Barcelona.

If the player himself leads a healthy lifestyle and follows the instructions of club doctors, then 30 years is not an age at all. Messi is as good at 35 as he was 10 years ago.
Ronaldo at 37 is still quite able to surprise anyone and if it were not for psychological and personal issues, perhaps it would be even better. Modrić at 37 was able to bring a bronze medal to Croatia.
De Bruyne at 31 can easily give 3-4 assists for a goal throughout the match, play the match and score himself.
Jordi Alba still good at his position and it's not easy to find a replacement for such a player as Jordi Alba, there is no guarantee that a young player will be better than him.
Plus the medicine has also improved. In general, I would not say that the age of players for Barça is any problem.

It's rather unclear the general line of the club's behavior. Apparently, after the Champions League exit Xavi has lost confidence in him and now everyone is waiting to see if Barcelona will win the championship, beating Real or not. Apparently only after that more money will be allocated for new transfers.

Barcelona's lack of options in terms of quality makes them rely so much on a player same way they relied solely on Messi when he was at Barcelona. It was like the team would not survive without Messi for any game he was absent and it caused a lot of difficulties. It wouldn't be nice to start up in that manner with Xavi and I think it will be a disaster for the team if they do not sign young players to help cover for Lewandowski absence.
You're right, they depend too much on one or two players, so when those players leave they find it difficult to rebuild the team. What cannot be done by any team, not only Barcelona, that is, you cannot depend on certain individuals. They should be more able to see that they are a team consisting of lots of players that they can maximize their abilities. They have 11 players on the pitch, as well as players on the bench who are ready to take over from the main players whenever needed.
the quality of the core players and the reserves is of course very different in the sense that the players on the bench get less playing minutes so that when one of the core players is injured the coaches will be a little confused, even though the reserves can cover the gap but they need time to  can prove the quality is really good. Pique has retired for the season, this is something Xavi has to think about can he count on Garcia and Christensen for the rest of the season. even for this transfer window i think barcelona did not experience losing their core players in the transfer season like de jong.

Mbappe, Neymar and Messi were the best performers for their respective teams. Now we are waiting to see how these three players will perform together. Mbappe's performances are more organized now than before. He has now become quite mature and experienced. Therefore, I expect his performance to be sharper than before in the PSG squad. The Neymar-Messi-Mbappe trio's attack will be stronger if Neymar is not injured. And if these three players perform well, winning the Champions League is not impossible for PSG. But Galtier's match strategy needs to be developed. If the match strategy is not good, it is not possible to win against the giant teams.

14 matches scoring 33 goals and conceding 5 goals actually their defense is not bad either, but when their core squad leaves one by one this is not so good for Barcelona.
Indeed, in this case they are still very good but maybe it will be a little different if their condition in terms of injured players is like before, especially now that there are already several who will leave in their defense.
I think for now maybe it won't be too influential in terms of defense, but if you keep letting it go it won't be too good.
Agree with you, that Barcelona looks weak when their core players cannot be played. Maybe their problem is the substitutes who don't do enough to make up for the players who were out of the game. Xavi Hernandez must be able to strengthen the depth of their squad so that there is no significant gap between their core players and their second tier players. They need to have better substitutes and be ready to play whenever needed. Maybe they are ready any time, but I mean they are more ready in terms of quality and the contribution they will make to the team.

Stability. One more job for xavi to become a lifetime manager for barcelona is to make the club back in stability being on top chasing trophies every season and then he could be considered as great as pep guardiola , especially if he found great talents like messi in la masia.

Never easy job to take barcelona back on track and so far he did it great!

You are right , Barcelona rely on players so much that it caused much harm to the club when Messi left.  I think Barcelona always do this because they don't have good numbers of big players just like PSG and Manchester City.  If anything happens to make Lewandowski performance drops it will affect Barcelona in a way.

After Xavi became the coach of Barcelona, the bonding between Barcelona players became stronger than before. The understanding between the players is now better than before. But Xavi wants to apply tiki-taka tactics. He has not been fully successful yet. Xavi needs more time to strengthen the team. He spends a lot of money to recruit players. Either way, Barcelona need a title this season.

I think Xavi still needs time to translate his vision to the players. The presence of several new players really helped the team, but they were still very unstable and often lost their way. But I really appreciate Xavi's performance so far that has made La Liga excited again. Given time, Xavi will be able to bring him back to a glorious era. But for this season, Xavi's chances of winning the La Liga trophy are still 50:50.

Many people think that Xavi's work could've been better, but taking into account that many players aren't used to play with their new teammates, their success in leading La Liga is noteworthy. The financial situation of the team isn't good, but I hope very good results in the future as the team matures.

Xavi is trying to get Barcelona to win trophies and titles this season, but if that doesn't work. That doesn't mean that Xavi isn't good at coaching the Barcelona team, because every coach has to see the team's shortcomings and try to make improvements so they can get better. So for this season I see that Barcelona has started a little better than last season, but I also can't be sure whether Barcelona's positive trend can continue for the rest of this season.
Since Xavi took over Barcelona from Ronald Koeman, there have been many changes with positive results that have brought the Blaugrana back to La Liga's winning ways even though the spotlight is strongest on Xavi after failing with Barcelona in the UEFA Champion League this season.

Before the international break, Barcelona were firmly at the top of La Liga with 37 points. It doesn't seem right if anyone blames Xavi let alone considers him a failure.
Yes. As is the case with each coach's strategy, Xavi has now been able to produce two future midfielders for Barca and Spain in Pedri and Gavi.
