Barcelona shouldn't go for new transfers in this winter. Because they just don't need any more player. It is good to see that La Liga financial rules are hindering them from doing this. Because they have spent so much money already and they are going to pay a lot of money for the salaries of these players as well.

I agree with you that Barcelona don't need any addition to the squad in January. If they were able to play better in the Champions League and qualified for next round then they might have made use of strengthening the squad a little more. Besides Laporta has already made a statement that they can't make any transfer in January.

The current squad should be more than enough for the La Liga and Europa League titles. It depends on only choosing the right strategies their next games. Xavi must be knowing how to play against big teams as well from now on.

I see the opposite, that the squad they have right now is not too strong, I mean players who are the second tier for their main squad. From what I've seen so far they always have trouble if their main squad can't be included in the full starting line-up. That makes me speculate that the players who are expected to replace their main players are not really ready to do that. With the tight schedule they play, it will force Xavi to rotate players to maintain their fitness.

I don't know what can be discussed there: Barcelona has a deficit budget, Barcelona has debts to the players. During the last season's transfer window, Barcelona did have problems related to financial fair play because, as the word goes, Barcelona has exceeded the predetermined limit. In fact, players like Jules Koundé and Andreas Christensen if I'm not mistaken, they were not immediately able to play for Barcelona's regular matches at that time because Barcelona had reached the limit so that they could no longer register all their players.

The biggest chance in front of Barcelona now is to become the La Liga champion. Their main goal now is to win the La-Liga title to keep their team balance and financial situation moving. They didn't do well in the Champions League, I think if they don't win the La Liga it will have a negative effect on their team.
