Yes, as I said, I think that in terms of probabilities, a priori Real Madrid has a bit more of an advantage, but this is football. Barcelona are very close to be eliminated in the Champions League I'm afraid. But their performance in the La Liga hasn't seemed to be affected so far. While they were getting poor results in the Champions League they were still playing really good here in this league. Therefore I expect them to prepare well for the El Clasico as well. I've never cared about what stadium this match is played in. Because both of them defeated each other away many times before.

IMO, to be honest in that match there were a lot of mistakes that Barcelona made, especially Xavi placing the same starting eleven as before. if only De Jong had been a starter earlier, maybe the results would have been different.

Many of Barcelona defenders are currently injured which has caused Barcelona to be at a weak point at the moment. They conceded a lot of goals in their last game against Inter and maybe Madrid can do the same if Barcelona's defense is not improved. Of course they can score goals or maintain their good record without conceding more than 1 goal in Laliga, but Real Madrid are a team that can crush Barcelona's hopes for that if the defense is bad.
