Espanyol 1 - 3 Real Madrid



 

this was without a doubt an exciting game of course I'm speaking as a fan of real madrid, we were winning but unfortunately Espanyol even before the first half of the game ended, I was already getting worried with so many opportunities that we are wasting, until finally our hero benzema once again came to save the team and scored the second goal, then came the drama part which resulted in the third goal. Anyway, we're strong this season and that's what matters. there are few teams that win the league and league of champions and remain strong in the season to come and we have always been a good example of that


There is a big difference between Lewandowski and benzema. Lewandowski is not the type of player who saves the team when the team is on the ground in despair, he usually scores goals very early, but he hardly scores goals in a situation where the team is in despair, and I think that will not change in the barcelona. while benzema is a hero in real madrid, because he scores just when we are in despair.

Surely, Lewandowski is their best signing this season. He can really change Barcelona's performance and really strengthen the squad, moreover sharpen their attacking line. Between Benzema and Lewandowski, actually both are very talented and great CF, their amounts of goals are only small different so I agree with you that this is too early. But, I think that Barcelona will make focus on scoring goals on Lewandowski.

Finally, one idea is also worth considering: if Ancelotti has a great season this year with maybe one or two titles and perhaps even the Champions League trophy, wouldn't it be a great move by him to say goodbye? So many coaches and players wait until they are so bad that nobody actually wants them anymore. Leaving with a trophy in your hand makes things look so different.

The race will at least be more exciting this year between Real and Barca.

currently lewandowski scored 4 goals while benzema only 3 goals, the competition is still too early to determine which is the best of the two because I am sure both will continue to score goals throughout the next match

Lewandowski is a great signing for Barca and I'm sure Barca's competitiveness in the UCL will be very strong

For record sake it ended 3 - 1, Benzema was able to get a brace. That is why it is good to have a big name in your team. I think Barcelona so much understand this philosophy, that is why they went for Lewandowski. Today Lewa scored two and Benz scored two. The show of Messi and Ronlado will continue

Both barcelona and real madrid did great today even if real madrid win came late but the most important thing is the three points it seems that this season will be very competitive, barcelona are dominating their opponents and with both teams having top notch strikers we will see benzema and lewandowski competing for the top scorer trophy.

I've got myself really nice odds for real madrid to win at the last 10 minutes of the game.

And guess what? It's @5 and @7! I knew it as i've been doing this now for quite a while and it's work most of the times. This just shows how benzema is not finished yet. He is hungry for more at his peak age like now.

When Barcelona drew with Rayo in the first week of La Liga, Lewandowski still had trouble scoring goals. But entering the second week when Barcelona
beat Real Sociedad, Lewandowski immediately found his best game by scoring 2 goals. And it looks like Lewandowski has really adapted to the game
in La Liga, because Lewandowski again made a big contribution to Barcelona's victory against Valladolid, in which Lewandowski scored again two goals.
That means in 3 games in La Liga, Robert Lewandowski managed to score 4 goals, this is really a great achievement. And I'm sure Lewandowski will still
score many more goals for Barcelona both in La Liga and in the Champions League.

The purchase of Robert Lewandowski was one of the successful signings for Barcelona, I believe Barcelona will win trophies this season with Lewandowski
as Barcelona's goal machine. It's really very unfortunate that he is 34 years old so his career will not be long with Barcelona, then regarding Aubameyang
it is better to move to another team if he want to get regular playing time, if Aubameyang stay at Barcelona he will spend a lot of time on the bench,
because it is very difficult to compete with Lewandowski. So far Chelsea and Man United are interested in Aubameyang, hopefully in the near
future Aubameyang can leave Barcelona.

Just as we speak, Benzima finally show up and its 2-1 all of a sudden for Real Madrid. Was going to be 3-1 but a goal got ruled out. That's the quality of Real Madrid, even on a bad day in the office.. they manage to scrape it through with the wins and just now Espanyol player got a red card which pretty much guarantees an away win for Real Madrid. Just now Real Madrid scored from a free kick to make it 3-1! Well, that's a wrap and 3 points for Real. Which takes them back up top on the League on goal difference.

Owing to the arrival of lewandowski to Barca their performance has really improved and more of a well decorated el-classico will taking place this season as it were in the days of Messi vs Ronaldo.
I am sure that laliga top table position  will be much competitive between Barcelona and real Madrid as both teams may not be much above the other with a good margin in points, while other teams like Sevilla, A.madrid Villa real will just be struggling to find themselves among the top four on the table.

Until now, there is no chance of the score, it is still a draw (Espanyol 1-1 Real Madrid).
Only a few minutes left, seems quite difficult for Real Madrid to score another goal. I think this match will end with a draw result because Real Madrid attackers seem to face difficulty now.

I have a bad feeling about this game. This is the type of game where Real Madrid lose points based on how it has been played so far.

Lewandowski is doing what he knows how to do best, that is to score goals for his teams, either when he is playing for Poland his country or any club that he plays for, Barcelona are lucky to have Lewandowski, the only sad part of it is that it would not be for too long because of his age, but they can he happy for what he will do for them until he retires or leaves the club. Needless to say that Aubameyang is not going to play too many matches with Lewandowski in Barcelona, he should push for a move to Chelsea, or a club that he will play often.

Lewandowski is a vibe, he is worth the hype right now at Barcelona, today's match looks as if it was made for Lewandowski but I think Real Madrid will soon replace that spot they are in a few minutes but Espanyol wouldn't go down easily on this fight.
It seems that Lewandoski is going to reshape Laliga this season, the league is barely just 3 weeks and he is already topping the highest goal scorer with 4 goals and Iglesias from Betis, I'm expecting Benzema to get motivated but Real Madrid players are just sharing single goals among players. 

I was surprised to see that Espayol has equalised the goal scored by Real Madrid. But I will not be surprised if Real Madrid will repeat what Bayern Munich and PSG have done already. If Bayern Munich can draw, if PSG can draw, then Real Madrid can draw also. It is 60 minutes into the match, in less than 30 minutes the match  will come to an end

Real Madrid have being able to secure 2 wins in two games while Barcelona have a win and a draw. The 3rd round will even be more interesting as both teams will be looking to extend their winning games and secure all three points. Espanyol is currently holding Madrid down to a 1:1 draw at half time. I believe Real Madrid will come back stronger in the second half and score more goals. Barcelona also will be looking to close up the gap between them and the league leaders Real Madrid.
