Well, Real Betis did well last year, and in the first games has won in this new Liga: there are some strong teams apart from the typical ones who may end in a good position. Look at Athletic de Bilbao, they have some winning sprees from time to time and depending on the year they end very well or very bad. But yes, most chances are for Real Madrid, Athletico and Barcelona, of course.
For this match against Osasuna, actually, the match was balanced enough. Both Osasuna and Real Betis offer their fight quite well. Actually, Ossasuna had more shots and chances to score, but they were mostly not accurate. This is why taking the team to another place would not make sense, put them in Germany, in Munich, and then it could make some sort of sense and it would still be good but they need to be in Germany and German managed.

I don't really understand De Jong's problem, I only know Barcelona problem with financial strength. As far as I understand, Barcelona wants to sell him because Barcelona needs fresh money. While De Jong tries to stay because he thinks he has the right to stay as Barcelona still has a debt for his salary. I think this problem is a bit complicated. 
Sure, if De Jong leaves Barcelona, they will be weaker since they will miss one of the strongest midfielders. But if De Jong stays, Barcelona can't get fresh money from De Jong's transfer fees.

Casemiro departure will not disturb real Madrid, after all they have sets of young creative Midfielders presently. The Los Blancos boss, Carlo Ancelotti is determined to use his present squad for this new season and also in the champions league and he definitely have a good replacement for Casemiro which is Tchouameni. Casemiro was a good pair with Toni Kroos and Modric in the Midfield, and they have played for years and achieved trophies together. Casemiro think it's high time he faces challenges elsewhere, and win more trophies outside Spain.

Villarreal has done well in all the matches this season, after the top of the table followed by real Madrid bent is following closely behind. Most small are performing incredibly well this season and the la Liga table is filled with small clubs gaining points to come up the table.

Betis - Osasuna might be the surprise of the weekend in LaLiga as this game could be an easily draw. Why ? well , Betis is well known by the fact that whenever they have a good start or a mini streak of winning games , they end it up with a draw.
