If Barcelona relies on Lewandowski, what for keeping Aubameyang? I think it is better to sell Aubameyang than to keep him, Barcelona can decrease the number of players' salaries and get additional fees from Aubameyang transfer. Barcelona also can consider selling Depay as well if there is an offer from any clubs. For the substitution, Barcelona can use young strikers.

TBH, it is pity to see the current situation of Aubameyang and Depay. They have done their best for Barcelona and agreed to have a salary cut. But now, they are expected to leave after Barcelona signed Lewandowski.

Now with the price that Chelsea is offering, there really is no reason for Barcelona to hold this player.

Keep them as much as possible, this will make other teams think that the player is very important for his old team and on the other hand this could mean that Barcelona want a better offer.
