You just know that Ansi Flick is ready for this job and atleast for now better than Xabi Alonso. The only place I think Barcelona will have problem is winning Bayern. They are lagging behind with 3 points each and that means one of them must win and Bayern Munich wouldn't be joking as well. I really don't think that selling him is going to be a great idea. Because Barcelona is actually getting really good performances from him. it is not going to be wise for Barcelona to let him go because they won't be able to bring in a player as good as him or better at this moment. I think that is what the player is thinking as well. That why he is also rejecting the proposals that Barcelona is giving him at this moment. I totally understand that. Because he has become a professional player so that he can earn money by playing football and if he is not feeling like he is getting the money that he is worth, he can always leave if he chooses to.
