It's true, Atletico Bilbao also played well, they made it difficult for Real Madrid, especially at the end of the 2nd half. But overall, Real Madrid's quality is above them. Real Madrid deserved this win.

Painful for me as a Barca supporter to see, I was really hoping the brothers in Bilbao would have something to say about this, but credit given where it's due, Real are a team built to win and the titles and cups just prove it more and more.

Our period is definitely ended and it'll be many more years before we can say we're back up in contention but this is the cycle every club must get used to. Well done, may it be your last for years to come lol

Real Madrid won the Super Cup. And that was to be expected. And Real Madrid will consistently win the Copa del Rey and La Liga titles as well.
Because every season we see the fight for the title mainly between Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona and Sevilla. But compared to Real Madrid this season, all the other teams are very weak. Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are unable to fight for the title. Sevilla are still battling for the La Liga title. But I think in a few days they will lose form and fall behind.

As previously predicted, Real Madrid will come out victorious. Indeed, the quality of the two teams has a quite striking difference.

As they say, the fact that other clubs cannot yet seriously compete with Real Madrid is the problem of these clubs, but not Real Madrid Wink

This may be a serious problem for the competitiveness of the championship in the future, but by no means now. And if Barcelona's problems were already clearly read before the start of the season and the club was not considered seriously as a competitor for the title, then the current problems of Atletico Madrid look quite unexpected for me personally. No doubt that he is the key player for Real Madrid for some years. Trio Real Madrid Modric-Kroos-Casemiro is one of the strongest combinations of midfielders in the world. Having such experienced midfielder's, I think Young player's needs to learn from the trio, Modric, Kross and Casemiro, Thay have been good putting astounding performance whenever.

As expected real madrid team continue to dominate yet with another victory and win in the super cup i have seen that coming even if bilbao is a good team but real madrid are on a different level from the others they managed to seal the game aftet 60 minutes with a 2 0 score and they continued the game with much less effort and stress congrats for them.
