La Liga is getting a bit boring to be honest. Seville is far behind Real Madrid and the rest are nowhere to be seen. Perhaps is becoming more fun to watch the games of the teams in the middle table rather than watching Madrid grinding everything on its path. I would have never thought at the beginning of La Liga that it would play out this way: Barca was very well caught off-balance and everyone knew so, but the dominance of Madrid in my view was not something that could be expected since they were also impacted by the loss of Ronaldo and nobody could predict how the rest of team just step up easily and do great.

The gap in points between the first position (real madrid) and the second one (sevilla), isnt that big tho. Only 8 points which is very possible to chase. Mainly due to real madrid lots schedules to be attended, something unexpected may occur. They might be failed to get full points the next few games and for sure, sevilla needs to play steadily good on the next upcoming games. But I guess, the race for the trophy is still alive. Anything is possible tho.

It will hurt a lot of people's eyes the way Barcelona is playing and performing now. Will this team actually play a significant role for the championship in the coming years? The chances for this season have been lost, only in theory they could still become champions. In fact, the way they continue now, they won't even be allowed to play Champions League next season.

To win La Liga may be difficult for Barcelona this season, but to get into the Champions League zone, I don't think it is difficult for them. Because only 18 matches they have played, there are still 20 games left.

If you look at the La Liga standings, the distance between Barcelona who is in 7th position and Real Betis who is in 3rd position is only 5 points apart, it is not impossible that Barcelona even finished this season in 2nd place in the La Liga standings.

Barcelona opportunity to finish in the European zone is certainly still wide open at this time, having 18 matches remaining certainly provides an opportunity for Barcelona to improve their ranking, but in this case Barcelona are required to continue to be consistent in their game to be able to get full points, especially right now Barcelona can strengthen their team by bringing in some new players who can lift Barcelona performance later .

That's true. Even more than that , ratings are so low in LaLiga that people really gave up on their football and why is that ? Besides losing Cr7 and Messi , LaLiga became an old Serie A where we barely see goals and entertaining. This has been confirmed by Digi in my country who for the first time in 10 years they gave up on LaLiga and signed with Premier League.

I think the chances of a title for Barcelona are very low.  Although mathematically their chances of championship still remain, in reality this will not be the case.  The goal in Barcelona this year should be to go to the champions league.  Because a club like Barcelona should be in the champions league.  Even their third place in the champions league this year and going to the Europa League was disappointing.  A team with fans from all over the world needs to be in a much better place.  How will they form a team next year?

I don't think that barcelona will get a miracle this season to be able to compete with real madrid for the trophy, sevilla who are now in 2nd place in the standings La liga  can makes me doubt they can stop madrid, let alone barcelona who actually experienced a slump, I think for this season the opportunity Barcelona champion has gone and for the top four it looks like they will also be very difficult to get it this season, the only chance for Barcelona to be able to penetrate the champions league next season, is to get an automatic ticket to qualify, namely by becoming the champion of the european league this season.

Real Madrid has a very solid center of the field with Casemiro, Modric and Cross. As long as these guys are doing their job at Real Madrid everything is fine. I don't belittle the merit of the attack in the person of Vinicius and Benzema just a lot more depends on the midfield than he does on them. In the championship in terms of debt it isn't noticeable that not everything is so smooth with the defense of the team.
Seville is great for showing good football, it's just that initially and even now the team is not as ambitious as Real.

Real Madrid have a strong midfield so that Benzema and Vinicius are able to score regularly. Real Madrid's entire squad is stable. They are not weak in defense, midfield and forward. Midfielders have the ability to assist and score goals when teams needed. Originally they are stable as a team, so they can ruling La Liga alone.

Really? I mean yes, Real are ahead but they're kind of stuttering too without key players. A draw which they couldn't score, and then the most recent victory achieved by the usual suspect Benzema but all in 7 minutes and then an entire match where they were fighting to keep the points.
Benzema scored 2 goals and made people who criticized him too much have to keep silence. At least until matches Benzema has bad performance. Generally, Benzema is one of best players of Real Madrid in this season.

Barca yes, are a disaster but surely fun for anyone who's not a supporter to watch. And they have such a young core team more than half are below 20, and almost the entire squad is like the future of Spain.
We can forget about Barcelona till next 3 seasons. With players they have, with finance they have, with a coach they have, I don't expect Barcelona will return to La Liga title competition too soon. I am realistic about that.

Atletico and Sevilla struggles are also fun Smiley 20 games to go, I think there is a lot of time for drama Smiley
Sevilla have better form than Atletico Madrid but it seems they both will fail against Real Madrid that probably have a last shining season of their old players. Kroos, Modric, Benzema, Carvajal, etc. will probably win their last La Liga trophy in this season. Many of them will leave Bernabeu in coming years and even if they stay, they will no longer have good performance.

I'm not sure about that, even though Barcelona's performance has decreased this season but the reality is that currently Barcelona only has a gap of 2 points from Rayo Vallecano who fills the 4th place. That way, Barcelona doesn't lose the chance to finish in the top 4 and because of that too, I said before about Atletico and Barcelona who will still be strong contenders for the top four. There's still half a season to go, and with Barcelona's recent performance looking good enough then at least a place to get UCL tickets next season is still open for Atletico and Barcelona as well.

Yes, it's a shame to see Barcelona's performance this season, they are far behind the leaders Real Madrid, who usually become their rivals in the fight for the title with Atletico Madrid. In my view, losing Lionel Messi has had an effect on the team. Xavi Hernandez, who was appointed to replace Ronald Koeman in the Barcelona coaching chair, has so far not been able to bring the team nicknamed the Blaugrana to rise from adversity.

Losing Messi and also the impact of financial problems made Barcelona currently quite slumped, even now they are too easy to lose points from other teams, bringing Xavi to Barcelona is one way to lift Barcelona's performance back, but now Barcelona have not got significant results Even so, at least Xavi still has plenty of time to make Barcelona bounce back, now the transfer market will open soon and this is Xavi opportunity to improve the existing squad.

As a Real Madrid fan, I'm happy to see Real Madrid leading the way but it's true like you said, when there is no strong enough competitor to fight for the title, then the competition will be boring. La Liga still has a long way to go, I hope big teams like Barcelona and Atletico Madrid can recover from their slump so that the title race becomes even more excited.
Even I who don't have a favorite team but still feel happy to see Madrid so far, because in the beginning Madrid didn't go well for this season but who knows. Madrid can show positive results with their new coach this season, so with this achievement I think it's still quite interesting. Also, although Atletico and Barcelona may recover in the near future, they basically won't be contenders for the title race this season, but since you said La Liga is boring because Madrid already have the top spot. At least we can still see competition for the top four spots at least for the 3rd and 4th positions, because with Atletico and Barcelona still out of the top four. So of course, La Liga will still be interesting until the end of the season considering the hunt for a top four position which will be a competition with the rise of Atletico and Barcelona.

We watched a match in the first 10 minutes, the result of which is clear.  In the match where Real Madrid scored 2 goals with its timeless striker Karim Benzema, Athletic Bilboa announced the score of the match with a goal in the 10th minute.  No goals were scored in the remaining 80 minutes.  Although Bilbao tried to draw, they could not score a goal.  Real Madrid continue this week without loss.  Granada, on the other hand, managed to win 2-1 in the match that fell 1-0.  Joao Felix's goal was not enough.

yes, if barcelona and ATM don't quickly improve their condition, only real madrid will be the favorites one to win the Laliga this season.
Do you still think that Barcelona Atletico Madrid has any chance to win the title? Atletico Madrid is 18 points behind Real Madrid and Barcelona is 17 points behind. How can they expect a title from so many points behind? Now they should only fight to stay in the top 4 of the points table.
Yes, even if Atletico and barcelona can improve their performance in the near future, I do not believe these two teams will be a threat to Madrid. It is difficult to overcome the problems that exist in the team, even though they are able to recover at least they will only be enough to compete for the top 4 positions and not for the title race. As I said before, basically these two teams still have a chance for the position because they just need to get rid of Betis and Rayo Vallecano, it looks easy. But with Atletico's declining performance, then of course they will still struggle and need greater efforts to fully recover.

The way Atletico Madrid has lost form, it will be really difficult for them to rise to the top of the points table now. Compared to them, Barcelona's performance is somewhat stable. They could not win the match but are sharing the points. Atletico Madrid is just 1 point behind Rayo Vallecano. And 4 points behind Real Betis. Maybe before the end of the season, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid will be able to correct their mistakes and qualify for the Champions League again.
No doubt Atletico Madrid has been in total lost of form. Atletico Madrid are very dreadful at the moment.
Simeone once renowned for their stinginess at the back now concedes at every opportunity. Atletico conceded six goals from just eight shots on target in the last three games, mainly because of the team's defensive frailties. Having been able to take even a draw from the 4 games they’ve played in the month of December. Even Granada that plays terrible football won this Atletico side. Life has been very hard for Diego and his team this season. The biggest issue for the coach is that his side cannot seem to find the way to goal without Suarez either. The likes of Portugal youngster Joao Felix and Antoine Griezmann have proven a huge disappointment this season. Simeone should just leave and let someone with better tactics and style of good football take over. They have some good players in the team but are falling off the cliff.

true, as if there is no challenge when the gap between RMA and Sevilla is separated quite a lot, RMA will likely continue to slide in front when the standings below are competing for the best position. since there is no ronaldo and messi in Laliga it feels boring and the normally fierce El Clásico now tastes bland. The transfer of ronaldo and messi has definitely brought their fans to a new league and new team Is it possible that Laliga was abandoned by fans when the league was less attractive in international football.

Real Madrid now are in very good position but it does not mean they already put their hands on La Liga title. In the past season, Atletico Madrid had a very good first half of season but they struggled to win in a second half of season. Then, we witnessed a very tight race for La Liga title till very last rounds between Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Sevilla. The title was given to Atletico Madrid in final day only.

It can happen again in this season if Real Madrid won't maintain their good performance.

It's just that the club's management is used to Diego Simeone consistently achieving results with the players he has. At the same time, let's not forget that these same players, with rare exceptions, won the title of champions last season and their skill was quite enough to achieve this goal.
Atletico Madrid began this season as a champion and they got many advantages to begin, compares to chaotic conditions in Barcelona and old squad in Real Madrid. They just won a title a few months ago and have younger and more stable squad. Their players play together last few seasons. I don't know somehow Simeone and Atletico Madrid's players wasted such advantages and fell too far behind Real Madrid.
