We really played solid yesterday. Barca were able to score even more, but Villarreal goalkeeper made some great saves. Unfortunately, Barca probably started to play good football too late when there is no chance to reach Real.

I can see the expression of fear and doubt from Setien about his future at Barcelona and he will most likely leave sooner before his contract runs out.
I initially actually supported this guy and asked that everyone did but at this point, it is clear that he cannot get along with the players or the coaching staff or even the board. So whether or not this is his fault is no longer relevant. He has to leave for the good of the club and I hope he tenders before he gets the boot.
I mean, finally playing Griezmann and not losing, doesn't it make sense?
I only watched the match in the second half and I am pretty sure Barcelona are preferred in the match because they are able to create many good opportunities in front of goalkeeper Vilareal. About Messi is goal ruled out by the referee because Vidal was caught offside, I think its natural, but rather regretted VAR is late decision.
They have to check more quickly when the referee has not legalized the goal by asking the referee to wait a moment. But I like Messi's appearance in that match, 2 assist from him have proven that he is not over. He is quite comfortable in the Barcelona squad although this season their chances of winning Laliga are getting thinner. Fati is increasingly established, she is a future project of Barcelona. I think its time for Barcelona to give him more confidence to more quickly adapt to the first team.

While Villareal's performance was truly disappointing me, I don't know what's happening with the players, they only made 2 "shots on target". Where are Villareal's best strikers? They take a break!!

Barcelona also tried to change their set up in front. Griezmann was allowed to play in the middle closer to Suarez, and he performed well tonight. I don't even remember the last time Griezmann played this well with a lot of chemistry between him and Messi plus Suarez.Now the whole teams rumored is against setien , does anybody heard about this rumor?
I guess yeah the relationship between setien and most of Barcelona players didn't work smooth, setien seems a bit scared to talk to messi himself .. there's a moment caught by a reporter which yeah it shows how uncomfortable messi and co under setien.
Now they knew the problem and setien ready to go with xavieaiting there at the end of the season to become the next manager.

When vs Bilbao I think Madrid can score a lot of goals but the reality is different but I still give appreciation to Madrid who has worked hard. one match that made me lose money yesterday was Espanyol vs Leganes, a defeat that was beyond predictions for Espanyol IMO.
If Barcelona drops any points today, its game over and league is Real Madrid's, I still think there is no way Madrid would lose the title even if Barcelona wins, there is only 4 games left with 12 points and 4 point difference which I doubt Madrid would lose that much points in this few games when they are so close to championship, but let's say they do and they are risking their title chances, with Barcelona drawing or losing today, its game over for sure.

Yea, this is my opinion too, Real Madrid are the current champions of La Liga and I'm happy for them but I'm not happy that they're getting a penalty every game...as this looks so shady from outside and you just think that they're getting them intentionally by the referees or by the enemy defenders so anyway I do hope we will still have some good action for 3 to 5th spot and fighting for UCL and Europa League.

Villarreal vs Barcelona - Barca can’t afford to drop points today, they’re already 4 points behind Real. I have a bad feeling Barca will drop points & Real will pull further ahead in the title race by beating Bilbao.
Madrid is 7 points ahead now with playing 1 more match than Barca. If Barca lose points tonights, I guess Barca will be out of the title competition officially. Madrid will get the title easily. I don't think Barca will lose points tonight although they are having really hard times for the last couple of matches. After today game, I already accept fact that Real won La Liga. It's very difficult to say it for me, hardcore Barca fan, but unfortunately it's true. Real have 4 game remaining - against Alaves, Granada, Villarreal and Leganes. It's hard to expect that they will lose twce against these opponents. And I have to admit that they probably more deserved title, they were more stable and less vulnerable than we, especially on away games...
Barcelona have chance if Real Madrid mess up two games at least. Looking at the fixtures I can accept Villareal one as tricky fixturebut rest of them are easy to handle for Real Madrid. Still there is a chance since Real Madrid are having some close games and I think there is still a chance. But can't be sure if Barcelona will also be able to keep up since they haven't been in form lately and also there are issues going around inside.

VAR brought luck to Real Madrid for having legalized the penalty kick and it was good enough to do Ramos at the time of the penalty I was a little relieved because today's match won.It will be better if Barcelona lose to Villarreal but for them this is still a chance because the difference of one point is very meaningful for Barcelona, but I think the opponent ahead is not strong enough for Real Madrid but enough to apply a good strategy for this match will continue to win.

I think Barcelona should seriously start considering a rebuild, I know they have only a few young guys but moves like sending Arthur and getting older guy will not help them in the future. They should definitely try to get more u25 guys to the team and even if they want to play with the current team, with all the young players they acquire they could simply just make them play on cup games and in some league games after champions league. That way they would have both bench so that starters could relax but they would also have a bench that will eventually take starters place as well. If they dislike those young players, they could send them away and get new ones since they will have like 3-4 more years to try and achieve this.

Oh, of course. There are many thing that are regrettable from the appearance of Barcelona in the last few matches. Failure to get full points has placed them second and that is not the final goal of recruiting a new coach. Really unexpected thing right ?

I'll never understand the decision the board took to recruit our current boss but clearly he's not there to make friends and he's got a big ego. Really unexpected. So much corruption and the club's interest is not at heart. The fans must be feeling so lost right now. And with all the other news going on, it's like even the press is out to get Barca.

Quite a tight match for both team, of course. I think Bilbao have played a good match tonight (in my country time). They are quite tight in the defense area and it is enough to make Madrid overwhelmed scoring goal. Prioritizing defenses and counter attack is a good asset against big team and often this method can produce good result.Madrid victory from Bilbao has made Madrid more comfortable in the first position of the Laliga standing and has made the point distance with Barcelona even further. While Barcelona behind 7 point and still have 1 match. If they go back to playing poorly tonight then I think Barcelona should give up the Laliga trophy for Madrid this season. Barcelona is inconsistency lately has made them potentially lose 2019-2020 Laliga.
I just hope tomorrow Big Benz turns up with his goal scoring boots. I still think we can win that match easily if kill of the game early. Obviously, Marcelo shouldn't start or else we might get exposed at the back since Ramos also likes being a Center forward sometimes
I was worried when I saw Marcelo in the starting XI, but he gave us that great run that caused the pen, what a legend! And Ramos, week in and week out with the great performances. Crazy stuff

Real Madrid has really dropped form in scoring more than one goals in a match, they are currently playing a goalless draw in first half, they made a huge mistake in signing Hazard. Nigga is just chilling in Madrid due to frequent injuries, I'm hoping they play over 2.5 goals today
The match is tight. Bilbao has one of the meanest defense. About Hazard, no one could foresee him being on the sidelines for long periods. It's astounding given that he was doing well in the Premier League which is considered to be the Most physically demanding among the top 5 European leagues.Maybe the style of play required at Real Madrid is affecting him somehow or the fitness team might also have a role to play.
