Barcelona - Real Valladolid
This season Barcelona have won all of their home games at La Liga and I don't think they don't win the game against Real Valladolid. As El Clasico was suspended, Barcelona had a bigger time to be prepared for this game. I bet on Barcelona however the odds is only 1.15
I also bet on Barcelona clean sheet. The odds is 1.8

Barca will face Valladolid today (or tomorrow, depending on your timezone). I expect them to win but without a huge difference. Valladolid is good but they got too many draw results. Real will face Leganes, and it would be a shame if they can't win.

Is it real, only 3 points difference between first place team and 7th place team! To put in other words:
Difference between 1st and 3rd placed team in PL right now: 8 points
Difference between 1st and 12th placed team in Laliga right now: 7 points!
Who says Premier League is the most competitive league in Europe. This season both La Liga and Bundesliga are on fire! Won't be easy for Barcelona to win this time. One defeat and table will shuffle faster than the collapsing of sand dunes.

Premier League is most competitive than La Liga in General.
There are more teams with big budgets in Premier League than in La Liga. It is just this season where Real Madrid and Barcelona didn't get ahead of the other teams and the championship became competitive.

I agree, the Premier League is indeed more competitive. Why is the difference in points in La Liga thin from rank 1-7, because this season Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atl Madrid started the competition with poor performances. That is what makes them equal with the other teams with a thin difference in points.

La Liga is not like it used to be when Ronaldo was still at Real Madrid, many clubs got worse like Madrid and Barceloan often received losses from small teams, that's why this game is less competitive unlike EPL in every game that many people watch. for betting because in terms of playing fast.

I want to watch a spanish game tonight and I can't seem to be able to do it if I don't place a bet. haha

So Osasuna vs Valencia is going to be a very tough match. Osasuna is only 2 points behind Valencia, but I don't think the pts and position in the rankings matter a lot at this moment of the season. Analysing the H2H matches in 4 out of 5 last matches there have been over 2.5 goals marked so that's my single bet on this match because I couldn't find another "safe" bet in my standards on this match. I get an odd over 2 for this event to happen so pretty good if you ask me Wink

Got the pick perfectly on this match. I didn't expect Osasuna to win the match though, but that is mostly due to Rodrigo getting a foolish red card in minute 29'.. That costed Valencia the match(3 points) and that's definitely not professional behaviour. As I've outlined in my prediction post it was a tough match and close match besides that red card. That's why I preferred to make a safer bet on the number of goals taking into account the statistics Wink
Dumb rodrigo , the game changed totally 180° after that red card ... my parlay should have won with Valencia moneyline @2.95 , even though he scored the only goal for Valencia... the game and the result might would really different if they play with 11 players , crazy disaster I'm really pissed off with that rodrigo behavior.

Anyways It's just a new record for valencia getting red card in 3 matches consecutively...

10/19 against Atletico Madrid , Lee Kang-in this youngster get a red card at 90+1'

10/24 against lille at champions league, M. Diakhaby 84'

And in this match yesterday rodrigo scored a goal at 14' then sent off at 29' .
It seems the team is lack of discipline... total 4 red cards received this season. What a record!

It's just a matter of time, Barcelona or Real Madrid who win will certainly be eliminated again in first place. So it is not wrong if Granada can enjoy this time, unless Real Madrid or Barcelona lose every game.
Barcelona won the last two matches vs Real Valladolid, I think this will be evidence of the strength of Barcelona later. Barcelona have a good team compared to Valladolid. I have no doubt they will win that match, so the first position will be immediately claimed back by Barcelona.
Lets see what will happen there later, from the quality of the team then I think Barcelona deserve to win.

Barcelona is very consistent now. In fact it's their 4 matches in la Liga, they always get the win. That means barcelona is very good now compared to Real Madrid who won, lost and draw in the previous match.

Barcelona is indeed the best in the Spanish league but at the moment 1 point difference with Granada and this week Barcelona will be against Valladolid I am sure this will be a victory for Barcelona and hope that Granada loses so Barcelona can move up to 1st place.

@Harko: Yeah that's the problem with bookmakers, every win improves the chances next games, and conversely when City lost to Norwich they stopped giving huge odds to their opponents. Same as Real and Barca now... though on the other hand almost 2/1 for away victories are value bets when 2 seasons ago it'd be 15/10 max. Granada fans aren't getting good value now too cause they keep winning!

@Upgrade: Much more than a massive improvement I'd say, I think even if Granada got dumped out back into Segunda, no one would complain, such is life at the top in the big leagues. But getting into Europa? That would probably make a saint out of Diego Martinez as they've never been in Europe. Hope it happens. Fairytale run it would be.

Granada is on the top and it is well deserved.
You are not sure that Barcelona is going to win the next match and climb on the first position again.
I think that Granada should enjoy the time maybe it is one of the rarest of their history.

congratulations, your bet seems to win for over 2.5 goals. Osasuna was lucky because  Valencia player's Rodrigo got a red card in the first half. The red card seemed to have an impact on the Valencia game, even though Rodrigo scored a goal in the 14th minute.

With the delays in El Clasico, the victory of Granada-Real Betis is very useful. Because Granada can replace the temporary position of Barcelona at the top of the standings. But this is only temporary, at least they return again.

Well, maybe they will repeat story of Leicester? Cheesy Ok, Barca and Real didn't played this round, but it's still amazing to see Granada at the top of table. This team just last season in Segunda and now they have amazing start of season in La Liga.
Another team which are playing surprisingly well it's Real Sociedad, they are 3rd so far. Today they reached another win, they best Celta 0:1.
There is little surprise today, Osasuna win against Valencia. On the other hand, Osasuna always playing at home are playing very solid and even Real and Barca dropped points so many times here, this season isn't exception.

Espanyol won the match against Levante and i was not expecting much goals and that is what happened exactly.

Today we have Osasuna vs Valencia and in this match is also i am going with under 2.5 goals as i am not expecting many goals in this match too.
Sevilla vs Getafe in this match too under 2.5 goals is a decent bet, i went for a parlay for all these matches for under 2.5 goals and lets see how these matches goes, one match is done lets see how the rest of the matches.

I'm not too focused on La Liga this week because of Real Madrid and Barcelona not being in action, but they both should resume during the new rounds of La Liga scheduled for the mid-week.
Very boring weekend for me too,  as a la liga Faithful because of the postponed El Clásico.  The Other big Match between Atlético Madrid and Bilbao also ended in a disappointment.  I want Bilbao to atleast share the spoils.
