The first player I think needs to be sold is Frankie De Jong, over last season he has been up for sale but his current wage is what is putting clubs off. The likes of Manchester United will be exploring this option but Barcelona needs to reduce the fee on the player so make it more affordable. The Bilbao side have themselves to blame on this 1-1 draw, this is the first game of the season and every team would want to get all 3 point just to be at the top of the log but the manager Valverde gambled with the game, knowing quite well that the Getafe side also are hungry to make a statement and also want to get all 3pt, now you have see how difficult the defense line of your opponent are and the midfield down to the attacker are stronger and doing better than your team, why not bring in your attacking power Nico Williams to combine with his brother to make something happen but he waited till it was late, there was nothing to do with how the away team was pressing and defending, it was well planned by Getafe.
The away team played better to even put more pressure on the host and I was expecting a win but they (Getafe) were unlucky to not convert some of their chances and these guys became more faster than we used to know them, I just hope they continue like this to cause more problems to their opponent in the next game.

I feel great as the League games are back, we have missed a lot during the brake time even though we experienced and watch international competitions and some international friendly matches and World Cup qualifiers from different continents.

Athletic Bilbao couldn’t maintain their lead despite have an early goal in the match. The game ended in a draw which is a fair result for Getafe because they are playing away from home.

I am hoping we have a great season ahead. I can’t wait to watch Barcelona and Madrid play because I wants to see how the title challenge will be as early as possible because I know that none of them will wants to drop any points soon by all means.

In the Betis vs Girona match in the first half, Girona was still 1 goal behind because Betis scored quickly in the first minute of the match, namely in the 6th minute by Marc Bartra. But Girona has now managed to equalize the score at 1-1. Gabriel Misehouy scored 1 goal for Girona and made Girona fans breathe a sigh of relief because now Girona only needs to score 1 more goal and try not to concede in the second half. Girona seemed to be starting to find their rhythm but Betis also played well, but they still couldn't stop Girona's dominance in possession of the ball. It was very satisfying to see Madrid victory that was already guaranteed before the match started. Maybe this match didn't look serious and worried the fans but in fact Mbappe proved that he made a very good first contribution.

Bilbao had to be satisfied with sharing points with Getafe. Although this result doesn't seem like a surprising result because most meetings between these two teams always result in a draw. And it happens over and over again. I don't understand it. But usually Bilbao can always show more quality than this but against Getafe they always can't do much. But getting 1 point is not a bad start but it is not good enough. Grin

La liga has returned and we get to see these stubborn teams play again. Getafe is a team that usually doesn't make it easy for other teams. If you want to win them you have to be far superior than they are. Somehow I knew that was going to be a difficult match since it was the opening match. It was clear to me that Real Madrid are going to win that match even before the match starts because Real Madrid are stronger. Although I respect the fact that football is unpredictable, with the kind of squad that Real Madrid built for the coming season, there is no team that will be a challenge for Real Madrid if the competition kicks off because they are fully ready and the presence of Mbappe makes the squad stronger.

We are getting the joy we desire, at least before the main season begins. Everyone who watched the game yesterday is happy because, although I had anticipated Madrid to win, Atlanta was going to give them a hard time, and that is exactly what happened. However, Madrid will play you well because they don't want to jeopardize their reputation and because it is Mbappé's first game, they will want to give him a chance and he won't want to let them down. Second half was when Real Madrid started scoring because they were already understanding the game.
