Even though Barcelona only relies on many young players, the performance of the players is very good. Fermin, Yamal, Cubarsi, Balde are 4 good players who are still very young, but among the 4 above, Yamal is the best in my opinion. Yamal has even become Spain's main player at EURO 2024, even though he is only 16 years old.

I agree that the financial condition between Barcelona and Real Madrid is what has caused their rivalry to decline. Barcelona had great difficulty getting the players they wanted due to financial constraints, while Real Madrid was able to make many of their coach's dreams come true. Squad depth is something that happens between the two teams, so I wouldn't be surprised if Barcelona still loses out on competition next season. But whatever it is, Barcelona must try as hard as possible to compete at the top even though their financial condition is not good.

Young players need time to develop their talents and they also need a lot of flying hours to become experienced players. Barcelona does not have too much difficulty paying their salaries, because the average salary for young players who graduate from La Masia is not too high. Barcelona needs time to achieve success with young players, while Real Madrid already has players who are ready to face any challenge.

Real Madrid players are experienced and have above average skills, Manchester City are starting to have difficulty defeating Real Madrid when they face each other in the UCL, especially Barcelona who rely on players with minimal experience in big matches. The only way for Barcelona to give competition to Real Madrid in the title race, they have to bring in quality players, but the biggest obstacle currently facing is that Barcelona must be ready to rely on the players they currently have.

In my opinion, they should lower their target a little, I mean if Barcelona can't become champions if the game is good, then it's better for them to continue giving the coach opportunities. I understand that everyone definitely wants a title, but they also have to see in their current situation whether it will be too much pressure or not.
Coaches must have made an agreement with management and what they must achieve while being a coach and it is their responsibility to achieve the targets that have been determined. but I personally wouldn't expect much considering their current situation. Moreover, with the increasing strength of their rivals, it is clear that this will be something that will make it difficult for them to compete.
What I want to see now is that they play well in every game, I think that is also an extraordinary thing for them.

Xavi is a Barcelona legend and one of the best midfielders in history. I think Xavi should be able to adopt Pep Guardiola's tactics and make Barca better. Unfortunately, Xavi became Barcelona coach at the wrong time. Barcelona is experiencing a financial crisis and Xavi does not have much money to spend on players. Top Lad, it's a nice move as much as he'll be playing under Josep Pep Guardiola.  I don't see them sending him out on a loan next season. Did you see the disappointing performance from Jack Grealish? I think Pep Guardiola needs a backup player and also a backup player for Bernado Silva who I think wants to leave Manchester City.

I highly doubt they'll be able to attain the level they set last season. It'll be difficult to achieve that. But at least, they shouldn't go below European Competition positions next season.

When you want to build more younger players and hire more valuable players to have a better future you need to have more money while in Barcelona they don't have the money they needs to pay for these players and this can make this harder for Barcelona to hire younger players while in Real Madrid you spend money for Mbappe and Bellingham. Both players can play for Real Madrid for years and shine in this team.
However, Barcelona has an academy to grow some players but they won't be able to buy players like Real Madrid.

Barcelona currently doesn't have a bad squad apart from Madrid I don't think other teams are even really better than Barcelona in the la Liga, Barcelona have got young players which using them to build isn't an easy task but then they can still be able to use that as an advantage since it will take some more time for them to get back really strong on their feet again, they will have to see if they will be able to bank on this you d talents to give the team a firm background upon which they will consolidated in the few years ahead of them after this period up on which they are hoping to use and build strength enough.

I think the loan opportunity is very difficult because Manchester City has its own project by bringing in Savio and I think he will be an important key for Manchester City's squad next season. Maybe early on we will still see him on the bench but I am sure his opportunity to prove his capacity will come.

Girona must forget about Savio and there is no room for them to ask him to return with the same ownership as a big team like Manchester City. Coach Michael has to find a replacement and I'm sure he can find someone worthy, even if it's a bit difficult. The problem was actually created by Bartomeu. he was the one who spent money like crazy if I’m not wrong. And he left Barcelona from where it was really hard for Barcelona to actually overcome financial difficulties. It is actually amazing that Barcelona is still able to perform the way they are and still able to attract really good players. But almost any other club would have vanished or at least gotten relegated.
