Girona at this point will not mind the position they will finish on since this is their best season so far in the La Liga and they’ve already achieved something to be praised for.

It will be a great achievement for Girona to finish second on the table above Barcelona but I don’t see them stressing themselves too much for that if it seems impossible to them. All teams from positions two to give on the standings all have opportunities to make qualify for the champions league spot which will depend on the performance of every team. At some point, some teams on the lower positions have to give up if those of the higher positions don’t lose match and remain consistent.

Don't be fazed whenever you see them winning the competition too.

At times you have to lose. You need failures to pas though these serious players.

This is how football always surprises us and makes us feel stupid when betting. Atletico Madrid's mentality doesn't seem to have fully returned after the defeat to Dortmund a few days ago. Thanks to this victory, Alaves moved away from the relegation zone by collecting 35 points which makes them 10 points different from Cadiz who are in the relegation zone.

Sure Barcelona match against Girona will be a tough game but Barcelona will win Girona because I predicted Atletico Madrid to win Girona when they met in their returning match and it went according to my prediction, and Real Madrid has also won them earlier which made Girona lost form and unable to recover since then, so it's actually remaining Barcelona to have their own share of the cake which they can achieve because Barcelona has literally lost their last two most recent matches that involved them and PSG in the champions league, and the other was against Real Madrid, though Barcelona faced strong opponents but that shouldn't be an excuse because Barcelona is also a big team.

Why do you think Girona will have the balls to dethrone Barcelona from where they are sited right now? Not like they have been playing with good outcome consistently, they have been playing irregular matches, they lose one and win this next one but Barcelona has been on winning streak except for their last two matches which is the Champions League they got kicked out from and El classico and we can't deny how difficult that has is always between Real Madrid and Barcelona.

If I'm Girona, I will be focus on staying above Atletico Madrid until the end of the season to have a feature in the next Champions League and the coach should get new players because next season is going to be a lot of extra work because they can't go far with the Champions League the way they are playing right now.

Atletico Madrid basically performed well in that match, but their defensive concentration was disturbed and Alaves took advantage of it. Atletico Madrid had a big chance of winning in their away match, but Alaves actually hurt them with 2 goals without reply. However, Atletico Madrid's defeat to Alaves did not really threaten its chances of qualifying for next season's Champions League because in fact Bilbao also failed to win.

Diego Simeone certainly needs to increase the depth of his squad next season and they have to compete closely every season with Barcelona and Real Madrid. Atletico Madrid is one of the best in La Liga, but they always find it difficult to stop the dominance of two other giants who have so far won more titles than them.

They are only 3 points ahead of the athletics club in fifth place. This means one defeat and Atletico Madrid will be overtaken by Athletic Club if they win. This will be a difficult time for Atletico Madrid. The defeat against Alaves was beyond my expectations. I think this will expose their weaknesses. I looked at the match schedule and it turns out Atletico Madrid will meet Athletic Club this week. This will be a very interesting match because both teams have their own motivation to win. Barcelona are finishing this season with a huge disappointment. They have failed to compete with Real Madrid this season. If they lose to Girona and finish third in the league, it will surely be an even bigger disappointment for them.

Barcelona lost to Real Madrid in their last league game, but before that, they had won consecutive games. We can say that they have been getting consistent results in recent weeks. Girona have been getting inconsistent results in recent weeks. I think Barcelona will finish second in the league but I don't think this result will make Barcelona fans happy. Diego Simeone tries but he doesn't reach the standards of Carlo Ancelotti. Real Madrid headcoach, Carlo Ancelotti needs nothing but winning and lifting major titles with Real Madrid. He's been mute when it comes to directing his players during game play, he knows exactly what to do and have always remained calm with his team. I would Real Madrid have everything to win the UEFA Champions League after eliminating the defending champion. Real Madrid have been the best squad this season, they will continue to dominate their opponents and also have a higher odds of thrashing every single opponents.

While I do agree that Ancelotti is a far far better manager, one of the all time greatest manager of course, that still doesn't change the fact that Real Madrid has been complained about by every team.
