Yeah. Despite the problem Barcelona is facing, they still managed to win their last match. It was a very deserving win for them because they really tried in that match, although I wasn’t even thinking that they would win the match because of their recent performance in their previous matches, but unfortunately they tried and won the match, which is very good for them.

You don’t come to conclusion with just a single game , szczensny performance is yet to be confirmed if good or not in Barcelona though he keeper well in their last game but Barcelona to win isn’t about Szczesny, they need to work for it as Realmadrid isn’t going to take it easy on them… and it will also be more tougher than their last game because some of the players have returned back from injury.

And Barcelona win there game against athletic club and they won gloriously but there was no much effect because Madrid have even given them gap so they are not even close enough because they are at the third position, and they actually tried winning athletic club because despite what they are going through they are still able to win and it's a good sign that they are still trying to maintain even when they are going through this difficult period and even that day they had eight shots on target this was already a sign of confirmation that they might be able to come back, and Barcelona is not in a good position and this is the same thing that affected them last season and it as started this season again, and at this point they might just losing this season without winning anything, and Real Madrid should be able to win Mallorca.

Barcelona are in danger of falling out of top four in La Liga and this win is important to wake them up, and prepare for next matches in La Liga in a new year. They no longer have big gap to other teams in La Liga like 2 months ago and now they are chasing Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid as well as risk of falling to the fourth and fifth positions if their performances and results in La Liga matches continue to be bad.

This cup is not too important for Barcelona but it is helpful for them to warm up in the new year, and by winning this match, they are going to start this year well in La Liga.
