This season is one season Barcelona fans wants to forget in a hurry as this season have been one of their down seasons coupled with the financial issues of the club.  Club’s finances is always a big worry especially as it’s not going to help the club be able to get the proper signings they need. This is one challenge the club has faced this season and as such have had to manage with the injured players and the available players.
 
 Xavi has been a good manager at the Spanish side, even though they've had some shaky situations, they've just found a way to cover up lapses and make necessary coverings to the loopholes. It's very much good that they were able to put in good effort regardless of what to they lacked to good team building. Nonetheless, Xavi would have still done better than he's already done.
 
 So far this season, Real Madrid have been very much active and set towards the La Liga trophy goal. They've in many weeks played games and ensured good results that's gotten and kept them in the top spot of the league table. Even though a couple of times, their performances have been reducing in range, they've still being able to manage a win before the end of the game.

 Well, they still have the champions confidence and determination in them too, adding that their manager is very much experimental in his approach to their games. They're a good team and they sure do know how to fix up their errors. Well it's very much essential that they correct errors faster and avoid incidents that are drastic and costly to occur as the times left won't entertain mistakes because it'll only be irreparable.

Why don't you just put your post into a question and ask yourself what you think how likely it is that Athletic Bilbao will win all of their remaining 7 matches? When did they win 7 matches in a row the last time this season? I can tell you that their win rate is roughly 50%. Assuming that they win 6 matches and lose 1, which I think they won't, Girona needs to win 3 and can get 2 draws while losing 2 matches. I think it is highly unlikely that Girona will still mess this up and being so hypothetical about Athletic Bilbao winning all their remaining matches is like saying that AC Milan might still win the Scudetto. It is maths and that's all fine, but it would be a miracle for Bilbao to catch Girona.

Who else is monitoring Girona? I don't like what I am seeing now and it is looking like the champions league next season will slip through them. I just notice that with 7 matches to go, Athletic Bilbao can displace them if they win all their matches. Even though Girona is third in the league now, it is certain that Athletico Madrid will overtake them, leaving them to battle with Bilbao for a position at the champions league. This is a bad one for Girona considering that there was a time they were fighting to lift the La Liga title this season.

Girona faces Cadiz, a team they ought to win and secure their 3 points but I'm seeing that they will not find it easy winning Cadiz because the later is fighting to escape relegation.

I think Barcelona will not get any trophies this season. Their only hope was in the Champions League, and now they have thrown away that opportunity. The difference of 8 points in La Liga is quite a big gap and I think the gap will get wider because in the next match, Barcelona will play against Real Madrid. What makes this match difficult for Barcelona, they will play as guests.

Meanwhile, if you look at the performance of the two teams, I think Real Madrid is still better than Barcelona. If Real Madrid wins this match, then Barcelona will lose their chance in La Liga. But if Barcelona can make a surprise and manage to get 3 points, then they still have a small chance of winning the La Liga trophy.

Everyone has a chance, including Barcelona. But you have to remember clubs will take advantage of the transfer period, I feel all clubs want to add strength by buying new players. Barcelona are capable of doing that? because I read that Barcelona's financial condition has not improved. What happened to Barcelona against PSG was just similar to when they met in the champions league in 2017 when PSG won Barcelona by 4:0 and Barcelona won them back by 6;1 now when Barcelona won PSG in their first outing with PSG this champions league quarter finals last week, just yesterday PSG also won them back at Camp Nou by 1:4.

I doubt if fighting for the la Liga title is something Barcelona would want to do at this point after crashing out of the champions league this season, currently that alone would have played down on their confidence and morale so i doubt if winning the la Liga is actually even going to be possible for them but one thing I'm optimistic about for Barcelona is finishing second on the la Liga table this season.

Although the point difference between Barcelona and Real Madrid at the top of the table isn't really so much but then i think it's such that Barcelona if given the opportunity will not be able to get ahead of Real Madrid but it will actually mean that they will have to win the rest of their games till the remaining weeks of the season while Madrid will probably not be any to Winn all remaining games so they will easily close the gap and possibly get to stay ahead of Madrid but then it's actually not looking like something that will really get to happen this season so i still feel the chances for Barcelona still remains very slim except maybe they get bay next season and try again.

Barcelona is most definitely going to get an opportunity to play in the champions league next season and the fact thst they were able to get to this stage This season i think it's enough to motivate them that by next season if they get better they can even go beyond the stage they got to this season, and even in the la Liga it's still very possible Barcelona will be able to get to the top of the table and possibly win the trophy next season.

I think it's impossible for this to happen. Real Madrid is a strong club in Laliga at the moment and only suffered 1 defeat, at worst they only achieved a draw, so there is no reason for Real Madrid to slip up if their performance is still stable, even though Real Madrid is still competing in the UCL, their performance is still the same. the same and not decreasing. Real Madrid is very focused on the domestic league and UCL, so Barcelona must eliminate their hopes of overtaking Real Madrid at the top of the standings.

I don't think Xabi panicked yesterday. He made the right decision in taking out Yamal. Actually, Xavi is an important coach. Now we have no race for the title with Barcelona clearly having chance for the second spot, but situation can create chance for the Girona to have this spot which could be another below, but hopefully they will keep things at the positive level and chances are high for doing good until end of this season even they are going to face the toughest teams into their matches for the second spot until end of this season.

The champion league title people thought that Barcelona will win in this season, they miss used their opportunity to allowed PSG to locked them out from the champion league despite they won first leg match, but two  Barcelona players got two red card that made PSG to gain all those chances to achieved victory from Barcelona. I don't think, Barcelona will be able to win this la Liga league title, because the gap Real Madrid is using to gap them in this period will not make them to achieve the title because Real Madrid really take this season strong both la Liga league competition and champion league competition that made them to be in a good Side to achieve two titles in this season. I think, Barcelona manager that will go to take over from this current one will use his tenure to sign in some potential players that will improve the team next season, so that people will begin to see the good performance from Barcelona again.
