Well, only 503 shares left at the .16

Finally some potentially exciting price movements.

LabRat - would it be possible to let us know how many GH are on order based on the IPO funds raised? I think it could do great things for LRM and allow you to put a few more shares on at (hopefully) inflated prices, enabling the purchase of further gear.

Nicely sub 500 now*. Looking forward to seeing how the market reacts

EDIT: * at .16, that is

This amount changes sometimes hourly.  I can't give a true estimate, but there is a likely minimum to be found here: http://www.labratmining.com/currentHashrate.html that I try to keep as updated as possible.

Thank you - one follow up question - it says "The current estimate for the company's total hash-rate once all hardware is secured is 13.2TH." - is this hardware purchases currently in process, or does it include an estimate based on the sale of the full 100,000 bonds?

WTH happened to the 68,000 odd shares for sale at the .16, .17, .18, .19 and .20 price points? They have simply vanished?

Last week I did the same thing when paying dividends.  It was to avoid paying myself out of the dividends.  This week I stated I was not going to be putting them back up.  I placed 1000 bonds at 0.16 for those lucky individuals who can get their hands on them.

I will be selling small chunks of bonds at market or tier price, whichever is higher, from here on out until the original 100k are sold.

Yeah I found your previous post, I should have been paying more attention - to be fair you gave a nice solid 7 day warning. As a shareholder (snapped up some of those .16's you just put back up) - I would respectfully request you only offer additional shares in small chunks (1000) at about 10% above market to make sure you don't dampen free market forces :-)

I believe that is the plan, more or less. Nobody wants to dampen market forces, it's in nobody's interest, so I imagine that a little time will be left to elapse once the end of this block is sold to see what price is established, and then bonds will slowly start being relisted at, or just above, the established market price.

From Lab_Rat's post last week:

(...)
Next Saturday when dividends are paid out, I will not be re-listing the remaining bonds.  It has occurred to me that some individuals may choose to purchase a large quantity of bonds once dividends have begun being paid, therefore diluting the existing bondholders dividends.  As the hashrate of LRM is rising this could become a reality.  To prevent this from happening while still allowing for growth of the company, I will be selling small quantities of bonds at market price until the remaining bonds (out of the 100,000) are sold.  This will allow LRM to market regulate.  It is important to raise capital and expand without harming those who made their investments early.

The reason I have chosen next Saturday is that it is 1 full month from the day the bonds were listed, and there should be a significant amount of hashrate coming online in the next couple weeks for LRM.

(...)

As an aside, fully 1/3rd of the bonds have been sold in the initial month.  Not bad.

Yeah, he's going to slowly add them for now on. He said he'd remove them on Saturday, so I bought some up last night. As I am typing this, I have some BTC in transit right now to buy some more. Guess I was a little too late. Thought it wasn't suppose to happen until tonight. Oh well...

I'm currently mining in a private pool.  There are many members of the Bitcoin community that mine in this pool with me that are very trustworthy.  If someone would like confirmation of LRMs hashrate I can ask one of them to confirm.

The reason I chose this pool is that I was mining in it for months before getting any hardware for LRM.  The stability is amazing and I love the pools readout of stats.  When I switched over to Eligius, there was stability issues, but the stats readout is wonderful on Eligius.  EMC was stable and has an OK stats readout for individuals who have a high hashrate, but it was only registering ~75-80% of LRMs hashrate.

Therefore I will be mining privately for the time being and will be implementing a stats readout on my website in the near future.

I am not a Lab Rat shareholder, but I also am mining at the same private pool.  I can confirm that the pool's stats page lists Lab Rat in the top contributors list at 621.35Gh/s at this moment (which is only #10 on the top contributors list).  This is a very stable pool aimed at high hashrate miners.

RISE WITH RAYS FOR THE FUTURE
Currently the pool is reading between 610 and 650GH/s...  I wonder if that's because a MiniRig was added today?

This weeks dividends may be missing out on the major benefits of this new addition to LRM, but next week should be pretty impressive.

I will be out of town most of the week, but I don't need to be around for the hashing to continue.  I have the rigs being watched and the dividends should still be paid out on time next Saturday.  If they absolutely can't be paid out for some reason, the dividends will be paid out Sunday night when I return.

This is a huge jump for LRM and I'm excited to see the company go over 1TH soon!!!

Which pool?
+1
I dont even know where you are currently mining.
So please, post somewhere in OP or WebSite info about current pool.

Ok looks good how does one get a  labrat account then as I have the weexchange account and bitfunder account
Just transfer BTC from Weex to Bitfunder, and buy LabRatMining bonds....

Question with the bonds how do you earn on the bonds kept and how does one receive payments if keeping bonds and not selling and gaining power in return for the mining.

How does that actually work in terms of payments in btc? Is it based on keeping bond and more bonds bought and continue to hold and wait for value to go up then sell etc? Or do we gain income from bonds kept and hashing power generates coin for yourself on top of keeping bonds ?

Each bond is bought through BitFunder.com.  Each bond represents a share of the hashrate run by LabRatMining.  Each Saturday, the BTC generated by that hashrate is paid as a dividend to your BitFunder account, and can be re-invested or transferred out.  You can also (at any time) sell one or more of the bonds you own through BitFunder.
