Alright, over a month now; does anyone still believe that the lawyer, who allegedly works on a new contract really exists?
He exists, I've personally met him.
...
Bargraohics makes it a point to meet and vouch for shady Bitcoiners. Terrahash, Active Mining, Lab_Rat... Though the content of his posts varies, research shows that the meaning is universally "yo money's gone."
He's simply saying here that he met the lawyer. Too much uncertainty here. If he can manage to dispel of someone's concern, then I think he should do so.
As for him being involved with these companies in any way, do you think his relationships ended all pretty for all of them? Ask him about it - you might be surprised to know how they ended (at least one of them). And he might be a risky & involved investor at some level (it's apparently hard to find any actually safe investments in the bitcoin community). I'm not much different... like I said in past comment, I've been burned several times by actual scams/frauds. And the law eventually does arrest people (if needed) and confiscate & liquidate assets... and re-distribute proceeds to victims (such as myself in those cases). So, given this is can happen more than once for some people, don't consider interest by such in LRM and the times he/she clears up myths as vouching for shady ventures. We have to be able to clear out the uncertainty & identify speculation from actual facts - I think bargraphics was doing that here.
I could say the same of Dave of MegaBigPower that has sold LR the BitFury hardware. He was involved with Tom of bASIC and now Zach with LRM. But I won't say it because I think Dave is a legit businessman. And by the way, Tom of bASIC eventually did return people's money (even though it was less since bitcoin prices went up) - but Tom was right to do so because his proposed products were priced in dollars (unlike LRM's bonds which were priced in
BTC).
