@zich. if i use asics miner then will it be profitable for mining bitcoin? because they require too much electric power and also device has its own cost.
So tell me how much profitable it is?

https://alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator

that's one of the most well known calculators, it might do the calculations with the difficulty but wont take in consideration your electricity cost.

Hard to say, with current exchange rated, mining is not profitable anymore.

can i use my laptop for mining Bitcoin? if yes then which software will be good for mining Bitcoin at laptop?

Yes, but using GPU is a waste of power.
You will need to buy asics miner.

For now i suggest two company, Bitmaintech & spondoolies-tech .
Bitmaintech is based on china.
Their latest miner is S5, it's had hashrate 1155 Gh/s with 600watt power consumption on wall. This is standalone miner, you don't need to provided laptop or pc for controller. The unit come with beaglebone black as the controller. But you still need to buy PSU since the unit come without PSU. You can use server psu or atx psu. This miner is very noisy  Cheesy

spondoolies-tech is based on israel.
Their latest miner is SP20 Jackson. This is also standalone miner & come without psu. The hashrate is 1600 Gh/s with 1300 watt power consumption. Some people underclock the unit & got 1350 Gh/s with 750 watt power consumption.

Yes - technically. But don't think you will make a profit. The power costs will be much higher than the small amount of bitcoins you will mine with it. Even with current commercial asic miners (which can mine several thousand times as fast as your laptop) making profit is very questionable!
