* BC users can not sign messages with the address

If BC doesn't support signing messages, you can always export the seed and import the addresses into another wallet such as Electrum in order to sign the message.

I am pretty sure that it's late to ask the Company for a refund because the transaction already has 82 confirmations. I hope that you get your money back with you attempting to get it back. It doesn't make any sense for the Company to have such a large transaction fee compared to the sender's output amount.
They should have it the math already set to subtract to just figure the max amount that could get sent for a certain amount that's under $500.00 in Bitcoin BTC.

Please post back of the results when you get it OP.

I'm curious why this incident happened since most wallet these days give warming for unusual behavior such as send all bitcoin at once, see/export private key and obviously when transaction fee is very high.
However, you can try contact them at https://www.btcc.com/contact. I'm sure you must tell the incident properly and sign the message with bitcoin address that you used in that transaction Roll Eyes

I think OP already Emailed them, However:

* OP is using blockchain.info, if you check the TX you would see it is relayed by them
* BC users can not sign messages with the address

familiar with the new interface, probably entered the 1 in BTC instead of USD

best of luck op, hope you get your funds back.

That's awful... You should contact the pool that mined that specific block: https://blockchain.info/block-index/1471964
https://blockchain.info/blocks/BTCC%20Pool

Not sure about the type, if they distribute the fees immediately among the users, nothing would be done even if the pool will cooperate. if they have their own hashpower they might have the funds - the question will be, are they willing to give it away -

EDIT:

I think this is the one, https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/pool/btcc

There's no point in contacting ghash because the block was mined by BTCC, you can try to contact them to see if they'll refund you. Except for that, there's not a lot you can do :/ Atleast your tx got confirmed quickly LOL.

Can you give me the site url ,i'm gonna contact them .let's hope i got some luck
