You should get some anodized aluminum dog tags and etch the code into those! I get mine from laserbits, they're pretty cheap and mark real well.

So I found myself with some time today and made this, more pictures are top view, closeup of the 'waffle' and the laser in action! The next version won't have the waffle-lines in the QR code, this was caused by my-bad. '128pbb' is the firstbits for the address. It's also NFC readable (secret details, more to come)
Anyone have thoughts/comments/feedback? If there's any interest I can make a bunch for people.
