Should all airdrops turn out to become good projects?, Well I don't think so. The thing is, airdrop projects should be a 50/50 way of making little money, and not people spending so much time with too many expectations. I know of someone who actually had so much faith in the last airdrop that was so over hyped. He even had plans on how he was going to spend it when it eventually pays off, but unfortunately for him, the project didn't do well. People like him will definitely feel sad, because they literally don't have anything else doing, which has made them to rely heavily on airdrops. This is why is advisable for everyone, especially we Nigerians to get ourselves involved with things that can generate income, at least task that won't disappoint.
Though there are airdrops that might be genuine and give good amounts, but it is better to see those airdrops as surprises, rather than having too many expectations.
No, not all projects will turn out to be good. That is where people are mixing it here. Nobody said every airdrop will pay you million, this is 50/50. That is why they said verify before you invest your time or your money into farming. Go the extra mile to ask questions, look up the project social media and check their history, read their white paper, whatever you can do before you invest your time.
Nobody forced anybody into tapping, even if you were referred to play Hamster Combat, it was still your choice to continue tapping and playing. And to a point, Hamster showed signs of dust, but we were all hopeful that it will turn out well. Nobody said raindrop should be your full time job, it means you get a passive source of income from it, though it's not completely free because you invest your time and your data, and that is why people are told that when you see an airdrop asking you for TON for a compulsory transaction run because those ones are potential scam, they are coming for your money unless verified beyond doubt to be legit.
So people that were really heart broken by Hamster were those that just carried it on their head like full-time job. Someone introduced you to it and you are now the campaigner of Hamster, giving yourself high hopes and everything. So it's nobody's fault, it's bad that Hamster treated their community that way, it's really bad that they listed dust, but we keep grinding. I will take on the authors topic, yes na "patience win am last last" because one bad airdrop is not the end of the world.
It's just like doing business sometimes business will not go well, some days few customers will come, some days you will encounter trouble in your business, but you close down your shop because you didn't really sell the previous day? No, you continue moving, life goes on, one bad airdrop, you cancel it off the list, you keep moving and hoping for the best. While you are also using your time to do something tangible physically, you don't sleep on your phone, so to those that sleep on their phone tapping, that's their choice.
It either, you get something doing like a skill or job and use airdrop as a side hustle and when you get money from it, you invest the better for you.
In summary, tap wisely, nobody said you should tap without brains, tap wisely and always verify an airdrop.
