still saying that peter jackons is not normal for filming it in 3 part but he wanted it.
Why make only one movie when you can sell three?
Simply because of MONEY.
Don't get me wrong, I love JRR Tolkien and what Jackson has done with LOTR and the Hobbit. But i still think it could have been done in 1 or maybeeee 2 movies.
It all could definitely be edited to make one movie out of those 3. And also what the hell was Legolas doing there? lol.

I can definitely see why many people didnt enjoy Sunshine. Acts 1 and 2 were brilliant imo, Act 3 was kinda a train-wreck but overall I loved it. And probably my favorite soundtrack of all time
I'll give it another watch when I get my new 4k TV as I haven't seen it in years but I agree it got messy and a bit confusing in the final third. Clint Mansell is a great composer. Have you seen The Fountain? That's also scored by him and is one of my favorite scores. I recommend the film as well.
Just finished up watching Ex Machina...I am really tired of watching these AI and SuperRobot movies, it's getting really old.

Debating whether or not to watch this one? The director did write the screenplay for one of my favorite movies, Sunshine. But the trailer didnt capture my attention too much.
I'd liked all Danny Boyle films right up untill he did Sunshine. Thought it was a mess of a film but each to his own.
