First of all: It's a Musical. So they sing all throughout the movie. It's an entangled story about the witch, cinderella, red ridinghood and jack and the beanstalk, mixed with some other characters.
It was well done of course, but I would watch it on a saturday or sunday afternoon, not make a night out of it.
It doesn't strike me as something completely for children, the adult themes make it very dramatic.

Interstellar and i have to agree it was one of the best movie i ever saw , the part where he returns made me cry

A bit slow, but it is worth it. I loved it!! a beautifully made 2D that makes you remember that great animation doesn't need special in-your-face effects.
Great music also, it flows prfectly.
If you like animated films and nice stories, I highly reccomend it
