Lil confusion here: If we merge mined, how are we getting paid other coins except Parallaxcoin because we are putting the address of Parallaxcoin address only in the command. 
When you connect to the pool, you are specifying two addresses; the PLX address, and the coin you are merged-mining with. Please refer to:

For the miner settings that pertain to each pool - they involve a combination of the two wallet addresses you plan to mine into.

HashHarder is at 91mh/s - The Network Hash is at 485mh/s - That is almost 20%, NOT 80%

PEOPLE, PLEASE MOVE YOUR MINERS OFF OF HASHHARDER. THEY ARE A GOOD POOL, BUT THEY HAVE LIKE 80% OF THE NET HASHRATE. THAT COULD FORK THE COIN OR HAVE A 51% ATTACK. I HAVE BEEN USING P2POOL AND THEY ARE GREAT. FAST PAYOUTS IN BOTH VERT AND PLX, WITH GOOD WEBFRONT. PLEASE SPREAD THE HASH TO PROTECT OUR COIN. AGAIN, THIS IS A GREAT AND VERIFIED, EASY TO SET UP POOL.

I merge-mining exe/plx for 3 hours on hashharder, I see a lot of exe-transaction to my wallet, but no one plx-transaction - is it normal?..
(I see my wallet in stats on hashharder, I see speed and % of shares, but no Scheduled Payments)

You can mine on http://plx.hashinvest.ws, same rules, but I am loading pool's wallet with coins for instant payouts from time to time. So you don't have to wait 8 hours.
