I think the dude has some good points. It's a shame he made them in a such a hysterical drama queen way. I don't think he's done himself or anyone or anything else any favors.
various lead developers has quit over the existence of bitcoin still it had come after a long run making various statements false. Before few weeks too there is a statement that bursted as bitcoin in death. Now too its surviving just because it is developed in a manner not to fail just overcome.
The experiment may have some turbulence, but is by a long shot, not failed.

I read about this news the other day. However I did not have the chance or time to comment about this event. Well, it is sad to know that one of the lead developer is quitting Bitcoin and supporting another version of Bitcoin. I am on the middle side. I just want to see cryptocurrency sucess. I hope that the both sides will come together and make a deal. This may lead Bitcoin a better route toward becoming the global currency.

It is right if you bought it for $350 or less and if the your bitcoins comes from mining and you have profited from that amount then you have made the right decision,but I'm sure you still have some bitcoin there because,it's on the rebound and could worth 50% higher than it was before the negative news two weeks ago what i did was right Or wrong ? would like to hear from you guys.

yeah i don't think that the major holders of bitcoin can let it go dawn easily because there is all new companys that deals with bitcoin and it could just be a way to Mike get more profits when bitcoin goes down he buys more and then sellit back when it gets higher 
There is a very bad situation for bitcoin since I remember to know it and maybe since its born. From to many directions are coming news which predict the end of it. Beginning with the admission of the problems of Cryptsy and the writing - full of bad news and problems existing within the team of core developers - made by Mike Hearn. Then the strong drop of value of bitcoin within few days (after a fantastic period of stability). I remember the time after MtGox. Was the same situation but the bad news was only one. The bankrupt of MtGox and the bitcoin suffered only this. Today are more. And no one know if will stop here this storm. Will survive bitcoin? I think yes. But only the time will verified this. If yes I will be again back to this post and thread to remember this very bad moment for everyone who like bitcoin and has followed and believed on it.
will sure look for it , any situation will be favorable for me , i have seen time when bitcoin was 45 usd.

Bitcoin market is very large and with worldwide spreading. So it will be stable in future, and some changes in BTC price can be always
