Do you have Amazon Prime in case we want to order items below $35 and don't want to pay the extra money for shipping for Amazon fulfilled listings?

So what you're saying is, once the tracking number has been provided the item has LEFT the Amazon warehouse and is in the hands of the mailman? I ask this because I know for a fact with Amazon UK you can actually change the address an item is being sent to after it's been marked "shipped", because I've done it before. I don't know how different Amazon US is...
This is why I'm so wary, I can think of multiple ways you could do me over
I'm guessing you wouldn't be willing to have the escrow released when I receive the item? As in pay escrow, you order the item, then escrow released when I get it?
And obviously, I'd only order an item that can be sent with tracked postage, so we can see what's going on.
Haven't really tried changing the address after the package has been marked by shipped, so don't really know much about that. I will be willing to wait for the escrow to be released once you have received the package. This is why I'm so wary, I can think of multiple ways you could do me over

EDIT: Sorry hadn't properly read the post, will there be any proof that the item has been shipped in order to release escrow or will we just have to take your word for it?
Usually Amazon requires the seller to provide a tracking number for shipments, and 100% always if the item is sold/shipped by Amazon.com. I will provide the tracking number to you as soon as it is shipped, as well as a screenshot if required. You can also access the account through Teamviewer, etc. Willing to use escrow?
EDIT: Sorry hadn't properly read the post, will there be any proof that the item has been shipped in order to release escrow or will we just have to take your word for it?
But I think I'd only be willing to go through with this (using escrow) if it's released when I receive the item (of course regardless of whether its damaged or whatever).
Amazon.co.uk don't do tracking numbers, is this something provided by Amazon or the postal service? Will it of left the Amazon warehouse when they provide the tracking number?
Items shipped and sold by Amazon/ fulfilled by Amazon almost always have tracking numbers, as they use USPS or shipping couriers that do (FedEx, UPS, and DHL). However, I can't gurantee that all third party sellers will ship with a tracking number.
