I dunno much what are those strategy in a dice game, I gamble when I have an extra amount of bitcoin in my account that recently promote but non of the strategies will work. For almost two years of playing in gambling on various gambling platforms, I never tried to use any strategies because I know that is wasting time.
^ Definitely right, martingale was a very common strategy used by the gamblers but most of them it doesn't matter about strategy if you can roll the dice auto or manual then, you can play dice already. Dice is very risky but also you can earn a huge ROI once lucks is on your side.

That's correct. The reason why I don't spend even a whole hour playing dice is that I oftentimes ended up drained, and also it becomes mind-numbing after at least 30 minutes of playing. And when I start to get bored playing it, there is a tendency that I go all in. And I know that is bad. I normally play dice when I don't have anything else to do or when there's so much to do that I don't know where to start.

AFAIK,you don't need to know about how the game works to play dice,all we need to know is how to select the bet amount and also to click the play or roll tab.

With dice nothing is gonna happen on learning. If you're lucky you'll be winning, and if the luck isn't with you however you learn there is no chance for a winning. To win out of dice it requires experimenting, from that we can get some tricks that also doesn't assure of winning. We can increase the winning probabilities, results can vary from our calculations.

The only strategy I know in a dice game is martingale strategy. They have a thread in here in which they have all the strategies in martingale. If I find it, I'll update my post. It's really usual to see some questions about what/who is better, what/who is worst, where are the bonuses, etc. is simply because different dice sites do have different features.
On the site you have mentioned, the things it shared was about general and basic information about playing dice.
I disagree though at the site header wherein learning those will lower the risks. The risk will be the same, no matter how knowledgeable the gambler is. What gamblers need to learn is proper bankroll management as the house always wins in playing dice.

To be fair, only the terminologies are needed to study when trying to learn about dice. As to how to play it, well just roll the dice, pray that lady luck is in your favor, then that's it. Strategies are in the end dead when it comes to gambles involving luck so they wouldn't prove much of use. Just study the terminologies and anyone can play the game. Easy as that. You could even potentially play without learning the terms and just play as you go and that would be effective as well. Dice isn't that complicated of a game after all. There is nothing such as strategy when playing dice, the whole game is based on luck totally, I mean most games are based on luck but talents and sometimes helps gamblers to win but that's not the case with dice.So there is no sort of strategy to learn. 
There is nothing to learn. Just roll the dice and see if the number is in your favor. Now there are different kind of betting strategies but they are not really that effective. If it were magic, everyone would just become rich. I suggest you sign up on any dice gambling site and play with the free money. There's enough built in tutorial that will get you going in no time.

We or even newbies don't really have to learn aboout dice gambling, since there are always guide or tutorial from each of gambling site how to play on there. It's also very easy to understand.
The only want thing you should remove is make people try any different strategies which will work. As we know there is no work strategy in gambling.

The guide really doesn't emphasize that any strategies you might be using in dice or any game with house edge won't be profitable in the long run. Strategies may seem attractive, but they often don't work out in the end; for example, a long streak of losses on dice using the Martingale strategy could mean you lose your bankroll, even if it's large. Play dice however you want, and use strategies if you find that attractive, but always be aware that house edge is always in play, no matter how small it might be.
