Good luck! If I could learn another language I'd probably go with Chinese (Mandarin and Fookien), French and Italian. I have been to Italy before on a vacation but have never learned anything other than a few basic languages.

I'm learning Welsh. Pretty sure it's useless. Everyone in Wales speaks English, and very few of them speak Welsh.

It was always amazing to get to learn something new for me)

Currently, I learn Spanish, want to move to Madrid first.
It is a bit difficult because of Spanish accent, it sticks to my English pronunciation  Grin

I think I'd learn Chinese just to be able to negotiate with them. Smiley
But on a serious note, some instructors use virtual reality now to help students learn faster. Students get to participate in true to life situations and converse with native speakers. There's no excuse now not to effectively learn a language and succeed.

Yeah... I am currently learning Chinese with an app I downloaded from Google play. It's actually fun. I plan on learning 4 foreign languages by the end of 2023. Moreover,  who knows the best daily routine to embark on for rapid and efficient learning?

Indeed it is! But requires motivation and dedication or else slowly slowly we loose interest from it! For a long time i have been willing to learn Spanish as i really liked it and wanted to speak a little. So got admitted in an institute. In the beginning it was rather too much fun as we started off from alphabets, then some words, to make a proper sentence, introduce ourselves and a lot!
The best part was that we luckily had a guide who was from Spain and she helped us with conversation practice, grammars and we learned a lot from her as she was a native of Barcelona. Anyway after completing the Beginner level i couldn't make enough time from my busy schedule and had to leave it. Although i don't get to talk much but i still do some practice using Apps like Duolingo. In future if i find enough time i will like to continue once again ):

I am currently studying German language using English as a medium. At the start of the lesson its very confusing and tiring but as I continue further, it is getting fun and easier. Watching movies and listening to music at the language your learning makes it fun and easier to remember. So anyone whose learning any new language never give up!  Wink

Learning new language is funny in a way that you just go with the flow not doing it in a serious manner. Because you and your collauges  are always laughing during awkward words but the good thing is you both learn at the same time.

I also agree that at the start you make an great effort to froce yourslef for studying Grin it's the most difficult period when new language seems unapproachable, but further you start enjoying when next lessons look easy and simple. by myself i'm learning Czech language now
