I think your friends thought that the market will give them huge money that's why they invested in the early part of the year thinking that the price increase will go up parabolically. Well, you can't blame them, but I do hope that its a expensive lessons for them to learn. On the contrary, if they are long term holders then this is the appropriate time to invest because almost all coins are cheap.  So I don't know if its wise to leave the market today because there's still a lot of opportunities to make money in about a year or 2.

You simply let your friends perished down the market of cryptocurrency, Well I am not saying that you should help or tolerate their inconsistent and doubts because that is their own decisions and doings, What I am saying is that we should guide them if you simply had the knowledge in making them learn a bit, But sure it is in their own self if they can carry on with that knowledge or not, Aside from that, People always think selfish acts from what people are doing right now. I would truly let all of my friends gain a little knowledge about cryptocurrency but it will always depend on that person if he would continue to gain more knowledge of not, Or if he will be interested with it or nott.

In every crisis are people who leave the industries and change the job. So if crypto doesn't give money, people will leave and find a new job, but still following crypto as it could give 100x on their salary.

Cash flow is still pouring into the cryptocurrency project. Many talented people from the traditional industries are also leaving the financial industry to join the crypto project. Bear market has almost no influence on this trend. But technology development has led to price increases or not is still a big question. We can now be assured that cryptocurrency and blockchain are only at an early stage, that is, there is still much room for growth.

Crypto is an emerging portfolio. It is yet to establish itself in the finance world. Those leaving entered with the wrong mindset and understanding. Those remaining are going to reap from their labour of love for crypto.

When the culling is done I think we'll have lost a lot of the people who invested in a silly and un-knowledgeable way. Those are some of the people you speak of who invest more than they can afford to lose. Those are the people that are targeted by those swings, it's so that every last drop can be squeezed out of them before they finally leave the market and then we return to the bullish ways.

After we change FIAT for BITCOIN we need to forget about the FIAT aspect.
If we get 1 bitcoin, it will always be 1 bitcoin until you buy something with
part of it. We need to think of what the future can possibly hold rather than
looking at the FIAT volatility of bitcoin now.

I think many people had been affected with the current crypto down trend movement which for some that were not able to sustain had probably quit and sell their cryptos for good. I believe that this people have lesser patience and let their emotions on top of their decision which could result a non productive approach. With the current bear market, a longer patience is needed in the crypto community to be able to withstand the down trend, just simply have to hold while waiting for the right timing.

Some of my friends have left the market because of losses.

Ahh yes. Wait until a 1-year low and then exit the market to guarantee maximum loses. No offense OP, but your friends are idiots, buying high and selling low. Still, we need idiots like your friends to sell their coins at such a discount so the rest of us can stock up on more.

Let the non-believers live, it's their losses and their choices. We don't need panic sellers and hypers anyway if we want a normal pricing with reasonable volatility anyway. Leaving now, when this is all still terra incognita for the vast majority of people; when all the best things are way ahead of us; when the market is perfect to buy more - I think it is a bad decision. I am currently mainly a hodler, because I started hodling at ath and didn't sell much during the crash. But I am actually among those who think that the best thing to do is to actually use bitcoin as money, not as a sort of investment. I can't wait until payments with bitcoin are accepted in supermarkets and cafes, I would love not to need to convert it every time into fiat. Leaving now is unbeneficial for any category of people involved in crypto market I can imagine.

Most of them are leaving crypto. But, for some reasons, this is the opportunity for the traders who want to start to trade, just buy crypto now and wait until 1 years later.

Yes, people who are going to the market need to have nerves like steel. Stress people should definitely not enter this market.
They should be able to control themselves in many ways.

After the gloomy days of the BTC in 2018. Some of my friends have left the market because of losses. When entering the market, people need to take risks.  From my friends, I think some of the following will benefit you living in this market:
Psychological control
Questions you should ask
You buy hold coin or you transaction?
These are the two most commonly used methods. However, buying and keeping a coin is the method that suits most people. This is a very simple, fast way of making good money in the top 20, like litecoin, bitcoin, ethereum. Ripple, store somewhere, do not read the news, do not worry about the transaction or the predictions the coin will die of the media. After a few years, they pulled out and sold.
In case you want to trade, the story is quite different, you need to buy on sale. And very simple rules, buy low sell high. As you know it is easier said than done.
Do you have money to invest?
If you do not have a lot of money, start with a small amount of money. Do not use debit card, plug the house. Plug the money into the market. The more likely you will be burnt bags. Only invest the money you have lost.
