dude there many viable reasons no offers, the first being risk: your atttitude red flags one, and even 0.75 start? i think most understand that the spam it requires is just too much. "get paid for zero posts and also get hardwear" thats another thing thats fading out. all i can say is good luck with even scammers growing accounts (all that takes is regristration date basically)
to sum it up the risk WAY out weighs the reward, tho nooone will dispute there is a reward to be had, but at what price?

I sent such a pm though the message said that i don't escrow bitcointalk accounts that are worth less than $50 anymore. The risk involved, the huge amount of time to spend on an account worth so few made no sense to me anymore since i had to use hours a day for those accounts.

I agreed to do this trade because this is an account where the risk is considerably higher.

Yes SebastianJu I see that. I think 23who23 is trying to scam me, because in his screenshot you (SebastianJu) clearly stated that you won't escrow any account above $50, but 23who23 sent me a pm saying that you accepted to escrow for us. 23who23, you are so stupid, if you try to scam people at least put it some thought and effort.

I have read the thread and yes, he contacted me some time ago to tell me that he wants to sell an account.

Though i don't know really what to say. It is unfortunately relatively common that users fake other users. Iam was faked by numerous new members with little variations in the name or by quotes that someone claimed came from me.

So if buybitcoinsquickly is right and these first fake pm's exist then there are some explainations in my eyes.

Either someone saw that you bid so many coins and that you don't care paying a premium. So a scammer thought that it is a nice idea to get these coins and created some newbie accounts.

Second idea would be that the seller really did that, it would not be a big risk since nobody could prove that he was it. But it would not be so very smart since he nearly had sold his account already, if there is any. Care to show me the account? Send me a pm from it maybe. I won't reveal it.

Third idea would be that buybitcoinsquickly was angry, he acted angry all the time, and created these other accounts to libel the seller and destroy his auction.

One way to prove this would be to prove that there exists a pm the seller sent where he claims that i gave him an address. I didn't. I would give the address to both parties always. So if a mod can prove that he really sent such a pm then it would be proof. Before something like that happens it would all depend on the word of a bidder who did not win the auction. I'm not sure if that should be believed so fast.

Let me know if i can help finding out the truth.

scammers are not banned here. You need to take steps to protect yourself when trading, including (but not limited to) using common sense, and doing your research prior to sending money to anyone (and prior to trading with anyone)

definitely smells like a scam, dont bother with the op, ive passed the info along to someone on DT so they can tag the account with red trust. however, scams are not moderated, and anything even close to a ban will come onto 23who23 or any of his/her alts. good for you spotting that though.

23who23 is definitely a scammer. He sent me a pm telling me that he contacted SebastianJu for escrow, but SebastianJu would give HIM (not me) his wallet address and then 23who23 will give me that wallet address to sent the bitcoins to. That is pretty stupid 23who23, why wouldn't SebastianJu send me his wallet address directly??

The moderators of this forum should definitely block 23who23 IP address to block all his accounts. This is the second time he tries to scam me.
