Maybe I'm subjective, but sending merit to 6 accounts that are one person is a sufficient connection. Not for the ban, but for the tag.

If a DT member tags you for something stupid involving merit (ie. probably anything less than selling merit), then they're not going to be a DT member for much longer.

If this guy was linked to an account that was abusing bounties, I'd have no problem tagging him but there's no evidence of that here.

I think that at the moment tagging for him will be enough.
