Before i answer about my fee etc requirements of mine for escrowing, i need to ask some things.
Why to send to my wallet funds for no reason? I'm not a bank neither a "safe deposit box" service...
Why not to just...keep them in your wallet and use them when you see fit?

If/when you have a deal ready to be made and you need an escrow, then we can talk about fees.
Same if/when you will need a loan and you have the proper collateral to do it.

Basically, it's so I can take loans and have collateral in place. For example, if I am taking a 0.5 ETH loan from a user, I don't need to send them BTC in collateral, I can just show them proof that I have funds with you in escrow, and they can loan me a commensurate amount.
