Any future "income" is not consider as a Valid (and valuable) Collateral. Especially if it is an ICO. Nobody can guarantee that you will be succesful.

By the way, if you have in a bank account the (fiat) money to cover your Loan, then why you offer a wannabe token as Collateral?
Plus this statement of yours seems to "point" that the only real (and valuable thing) is BTC and not your token.
Besides if you pay with a valuable/real coin, more people will get interest and give you more exposure.
