Mate, its better na magkaroon ng certain rules about none collateral loans, maraming pwedeng umabuso nyan. Lagyan natin ng limit especially for newbies and juniors. Pero kung may Valid Collateral naman sila, pasok sila sa Lending.

Naisip ko lang na parang kailangan natin ng lending board dahil marami sa ating mga pinoy ay umuutang sa labas.
Mas maganda siguro kung dito nalang para kung sino man ang may pera para mag finance kikita ang kapwa natin pinoy.

Tapos kung sino gustong mag finance, pweding i PM yung borrower or i quote ang application post na gusto nilang i finance.
Wala tayong fixed interest dahil open naman lahat ito sa mga borrowers and lenders dito sa local natin, depende na sa inyo yun kung anong na agree ninyo.

For lenders, pwede kayung mag post dito kung magkano available funds ninyo to finance para madali kayong makita, pwedeng mag PM ang borrower sa lender pagkatapos mag post na may budget siya, pwede ring i update ninyo ang balance ninyo timely para malaman natin.
